New York, NY - June 29, 2009 - As part of its mission to create the leading interactive online destination for all things movie, and providing exclusive content around the best original stories on television, AMC has created AMC Digital Media, its online media arm, and has acquired two highly-trafficked film websites, filmsite.com and filmcritic.org. The sites join the award-winning amctv.com to provide a unique destination for in-depth film reviews and commentary, entertainment news, movie blogs, user-ranked movie lists and film commentary, and exclusive story-based content and original web applications based on the network's acclaimed original series, such as Mad Men and Breaking Bad.
