OSCAR WINNER MEL GIBSON JOINS JAY LENO FOR A '10 @ 10' SEGMENT ON TONIGHT'S 'THE JAY LENO SHOW' ON NBC
BURBANK, Calif. -- September 18, 2009 � Tonight (September 18), Oscar winner Mel Gibson will become the latest star to answer 10 questions at 10 o'clock on NBC's "The Jay Leno Show" (Monday-Friday, 10-11 p.m. ET).
The new segment called "10 @ 10" connects Leno via satellite with celebrities and newsmakers from around the world. Signing on from 30 Rock in New York City, Gibson will answer questions like, "Where do you keep your Academy Awards?" and "Do you read the tabloids?"
Previous celebrities that have participated in the new segment include Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz and Miley Cyrus.
"The Jay Leno Show" is the first network entertainment program to be stripped across primetime, marking a new era in television. The show features topical humor, newsmakers, celebrity guests, correspondents and more comedy in the 10 o'clock hour including Headlines and Jaywalking.
"The Jay Leno Show" is from Big Dog Productions in association with Universal Media Studios. Debbie Vickers is the executive producer.
