Obama State of the Union May Derail "Lost"

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- The White House has added February 2 as a potential date for President Obama's first official State of the Union address.
Said development, as first Tweeted earlier today, means the two-hour event (speech, response and analysis) could bump the launch of the final season of "Lost" on ABC.
Sources confirmed last month January 19 and 26 were the original target dates of the address, which have subsequently shifted to January 26 and February 2. It's not clear when a final decision will be made.
While traditionally a late January event, the State of the Union hasn't been delivered in February since 2005 when President Bush gave his address on Wednesday, February 2.
Recent years have seen the annual remarks fall on a Monday (January 28, 2008), a Tuesday (January 23, 2007; January 31, 2006) and a Wednesday (February 2, 2005), all with a 9:00 PM ET start.
Last year Obama delivered a speech to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday, February 24 however, as with all incoming presidents, it is not considered an official State of the Union address.
