President Clinton traveled to Haiti three times in 2009.
In the immediate aftermath of the January earthquake that struck Port-au-Prince, President Clinton established the Clinton Foundation Haiti Fund to support relief efforts. Less than a week after the earthquake, President Clinton traveled to Haiti to deliver food, water, and supplies, made available through the Fund.
