April 16, 2010
(Silver Spring, Md.) The Emmy(R) award winning series CASH CAB has been green lit for an all-new season. Host Ben Bailey will be back for a sixth season, picking up unsuspecting contestants throughout the streets of New York City and giving them a chance to win big money on the way to their destination. Hail the CASH CAB and you might win money for correctly answering a series of trivia questions -- but answer three questions wrong, and you're out on the street.
CASH CAB, which debuted in 2005, is produced for the Discovery Channel by Lion Television. Tony Tackaberry and Allison Corn are the executive producers for Lion Television; Kelly Lueschow is executive producer for Discovery Channel.
