CAMELOT (Starz) - Claire Forlani and Peter Mooney have each landed roles on the upcoming drama, which "will take a fresh approach to telling the Arthur story." She'll play Arthur's (Jamie Campbell Bower) mother, Queen Igraine, while he's on board as Kay, Arthur's brother and right-hand man. Eva Green, Joseph Fiennes and Tamsin Egerton also star in the 10-episode series, production of which begins this week in Ireland.


GLEE (FOX)/MODERN FAMILY (ABC) - The pair's off-network deals are reportedly valued at $500,000 and $1.5 million per episode, respectively. Oxygen's pact for "Glee," announced earlier today, includes a reality series that will search for a new cast member. Said effort, originally planned for FOX itself, will instead bow on the cable channel next June. The show proper's weekday strip however won't start until the fall of 2013. USA's deal for "Modern Family," also announced earlier today, likewise doesn't kick in until 2013. Its $1.5 million per episode price tag is understood to be on par with TBS's for CBS's "The Big Bang Theory" earlier this year.


TWO CHICKS (FX, New!) - Denis Leary is writing and directing a new comedy pilot for the cable channel, USAToday.com reports. Callie Thorne stars in the half-hour, which is billed as a "buddy-comedy." No other specifics however were given.


WILFRED (FX) - Elijah Wood has joined the cast of the comedy pilot, about a man who sees his girlfriend's dog as a real person dressed in a dog costume (Jason Gann) with whom he quickly develops a grudge. He'll play Adam, said man, in the half-hour, which Randall Einhorn is directing from a script by David Zuckerman. Rich Frank, Paul Frank, Jeff Kwatinetz, Joe Connor and Ken Conner also serve as executive producers with Gann as a co-executive producer. FX Productions is also now producing the half-hour alongside Prospect Park and Renegade Pictures.
