CMT's Popular Series DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS: MAKING THE TEAM Returns on Friday, October 15
NASHVILLE - October 14, 2010 - Just in time for the season premiere of CMT's popular series DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS: MAKING THE TEAM, the network has launched a free app for iPhone and iPod Touch users. Football and cheerleading fans can get more of America's sweethearts with the click of a button, as the new CMT app includes hundreds of behind-the-scenes photos from the series, along with video clips, exercise tips and more.
The app also includes such interactive features as a customizable pom-pom, where fans can designate their favorite team colors and cheer along at games. In addition, cheerleader wannabes can upload their image in the likeness of a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, or join in weekly mobile chats with the squad held every Thursday at 7:00 p.m., ET.
CMT's series DALLAS COWBOYS CHEERLEADERS: MAKING THE TEAM premieres Friday, October 15 at 8:00-9:00 p.m. ET/PT, with a whole new crop of cheerleading recruits. This season, the competition is as fierce as ever as cameras capture hundreds of hopefuls auditioning for the first time at the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and follow a lucky few through training camp and onto the field.
