SAN FRANCISCO - February 9, 2011 � CBS.com announced today the launch of the GRAMMY(R) AWARDS "Watch and Go" sweepstakes, taking place during the live telecast of THE 53rd ANNUAL GRAMMY(R) AWARDS on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011 (8:00-11:30 PM, ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. Viewers will be asked a series of online questions throughout the telecast, quizzing them on events transpiring during the show. Participants must log on to CBS.com and answer a total of seven questions correctly to be eligible to win a trip to next year's GRAMMY(R) AWARDS.

"The upcoming GRAMMY(R) AWARDS telecast is going to be phenomenal, and we wanted to offer viewers a creative and rewarding way to engage with the show on CBS.com," says Jeff Clark, Vice President of CBS.com. "The 'Watch and Go' sweepstakes will give music fans the chance to win the ultimate grand prize by encouraging them to tune in to the live telecast, and will also direct them to our dedicated GRAMMY(R) AWARDS site where they can find exclusive videos, games and photos."

In addition to the "Watch and Go" sweepstakes, CBS.com is also launching a comprehensive GRAMMY(R) AWARDS hub, featuring on-demand red carpet interviews and a dedicated backstage camera featuring the telecast's presenters, performers and winners with extended "thank you" messages.
