The Style Network's Popular Power Couple Begins a New Chapter When a Fun, Romantic and Aspirational Season Four of "Giuliana & Bill" Premieres Monday, July 18 at 8:00 PM ET/PT

The Couple Faces Their Biggest Challenge Yet - Living in the Same City for the First Time

Los Angeles, June 22, 2011 - With last season being the highest-rated and most-watched season to date, The Style Network's popular series "Giuliana & Bill" embarks on a new chapter of fun and love with a few unexpected curveballs along the way. Celebrity couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic move forward after their tough year of heartache and disappointment trying to conceive by taking time off from medical procedures. While their dream to one day have children of their own still burns bright, Giuliana and Bill also realize the importance of being a strong, loving, happy couple and focus on living together in the same place for the first time. Showcasing the highs and lows, "Giuliana & Bill" gives viewers an intimate look into this playful, romantic couple's lives when the new season premieres Monday, July 18 at 8:00pm ET/PT on Style.

On the heels of the record-breaking season three finale, the new season continues to explore the complex and often challenging aspects of the modern marriage but also takes Giuliana and Bill back to basics as they concentrate on their love for each other. For the sake of their relationship, they realize they cannot continue to live in two separate cities. Often spending more time in airports and on planes, commuting from Los Angeles to Chicago, the stress of living apart has taken its toll. Bill has strong roots in his hometown of Chicago where they finally finished building their dream home; however, Giuliana's E! News career is thriving with additional responsibilities as co-host of "Fashion Police" and "E! Live from the Red Carpet" - all based on the west coast. After much discussion and debate, the couple decides to make Los Angeles their home - together.

While they are thrilled to be under one roof, living in the same city is not without its challenges. Their schedules still keep them very busy, limiting how much time Giuliana and Bill have to spend together. For Bill, visiting Los Angeles and living in L.A. are two very different things. Getting around town, knowing the local hotspots and making friends can be frustrating at times. Compounded by his turning 40 this year, Bill is feeling pressure for his life to be what he always envisioned for himself and Giuliana. For Giuliana, who is excited to share her city with her husband, she is determined to find creative ways to make the transition as seamless as possible.

As Giuliana focuses on covering news and fashion and Bill continues traveling for his many speaking engagements, the couple decides to launch a new venture together. Bill, who is a fan of Mama DePandi's cooking, applies his business savvy to opening an Italian restaurant, featuring some of his mother-in-law's delicious recipes - all under the watchful eye of Giuliana. However, before they can move forward with plans, they need to resolve a problematic - and touchy - issue. Where will the restaurant be located? Even though they want to be in the same city, Bill strongly believes it makes more sense for the restaurant to be in Chicago where he has numerous business connections. As Giuliana pushes for them to be equally involved - which means basing it in Los Angeles, their first joint venture is at risk of implosion before it begins. Hoping for some inspiration, Giuliana and Bill take a romantic vacation to Italy for some business and lots of pleasure. In addition, the trip gives Bill a chance to see more of where Giuliana grew up and to trace his own family tree - with surprising results.

Giuliana and Bill have endured much throughout their marriage so far and have allowed the cameras to be there for their most private moments, including Giuliana's devastating miscarriage. While they haven't abandoned their dream of having a family, the ongoing journey of the Rancics promises to give viewers what they have come to love - an honest look into the marriage of a highly-successful power couple who must learn to find the right balance between their personal and professional lives. The love, joy and sometimes, heartache continues when season four of "Giuliana & Bill" premieres on Monday, July 18 at 8:00pm ET/PT on The Style Network.

"Giuliana & Bill" is produced by Comcast Entertainment Studios, a division of NBCUniversal. Executive producers are Robert Sizemore, Jay James and Betsy Rott for Comcast Entertainment Studios and Giuliana Rancic and Bill Rancic for You & I Productions. Co-executive producer is Mykelle Sabin for Comcast Entertainment Studios, and Renee G. Simon and Ruth Rafidi serve as Style Network executives on the series.
