VH1 AND PALLADIA OFFER EXCLUSIVE CONCERT "COLDPLAY - LIVE FROM GLASTONBURY" SATURDAY, JUNE 25 AT 10PM ET/PT
First Time In The Iconic Music Festival's 41-Year History That A Full Concert Is Televised In The U.S.
NEW YORK, June 22, 2011 -- VH1 and Palladia, MTV Networks' high-definition music channel, will exclusively air "Coldplay - Live from Glastonbury" Saturday, June 25 at 10PM ET/PT. This will be the first time in the festival's 41-year history that a full concert will be broadcasted to television audiences in the U.S.
Six years since Coldplay's last performance on the famous Pyramid stage, the renowned band will take the stage once again offering VH1 and Palladia viewers a front row seat. The set will feature new music including single "Every Teardrop is a Waterfall," alongside a host of classic tracks from one of the world's best selling music artists.
Coldplay has sold over 50 million records worldwide and holds six Brit Awards, four MTV Video Music Awards and seven Grammy Awards from an astonishing 20 nominations. Tune in Saturday, June 25 at 10 PM ET/PT on VH1 or Palladia to witness a historical evening with "Coldplay - Live From Glastonbury."
