GUIDANCE (FOX, New!) - Tyler Labine ("Sons of Tucson") is set to star in another potential half-hour at the network billed as "an adult buddy comedy set in high school." Tim Dowling ("Just Go With It") penned the project, which comes from 20th Century Fox Television and Ryan Reynolds and Allan Loeb's DarkFire banner. A penalty is also attached should it not go to pilot. Steven Pearl and Jonathon Komack Martin are also executive producing alongside Dowling, Reynolds and Loeb. (Deadline.com)
HIDE (TNT) - Carla Gugino has been tapped to star in the original movie, about two detectives against a killer who seems to have returned from the dead. She'll play one of the cops, D.D. Warner Bros. Television is producing. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED GINA PRINCE-BYTHEWOOD PROJECT (FOX, New!) - Gina Prince-Bythewood ("The Secret Life of Bees") has booked a potential drama at the network billed as "a dual-female lead cop show set in one of the toughest neighborhoods of Los Angeles [where] the cops are also the subjects of a reality show." UNTITLED GLENN GORDON CARON PROJECT (CBS, New!) - "Medium" creator Glenn Gordon Caron is back in business with the network and sibling CBS Television Studios for a new drama about "an Erin Brockovich-type woman from Queens who searches for her own identity while reuniting others."
