SWIFT JUSTICE KICKS-OFF SEASON 2 WITH NEW HOST AND NEW ATTITUDE

- Judge Jackie Glass, best known for sending O.J. Simpson to prison, debuts as the court series' new host -

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - September 12, 2011 - A new look, a new attitude and a new judge. This fall, former Las Vegas District Court Judge Jackie Glass joins the Emmy-nominated SWIFT JUSTICE as the new host for its second season, all new beginning this week. Check your local listings.

SWIFT JUSTICE WITH JACKIE GLASS is a half-hour, syndicated, reality court series introducing Jackie Glass as the consummate, no-nonsense judge determined to settle real-life disputes for litigants from across the country. With an illustrious career presiding over several high-profile trials, Glass is widely known for sentencing O.J. Simpson to 33 years in prison for armed robbery at a Las Vegas hotel in 2008. Now, Glass brings her courtroom style, expertise and "get it done" attitude to daytime television.

Season 2 will feature some of the most intriguing and complicated small claims cases seen on daytime television today. From dangerous DUIs and scorned lovers to internet fraud, freeloading landlords, and heartbreaking family matters - these are just a few of the dramatic issues that Glass will tackle and resolve this season on SWIFT JUSTICE.

As the next generation of court television for the 21st century viewer, season 2 will introduce a sleek, new set design resembling a modern courtroom where Glass can roam about freely-allowing her to interact directly with litigants, witnesses, experts and the in-studio audience. Glass puts the focus back on the litigants and their stories- examining each case with acute dexterity before ruling fairly and swiftly.

SWIFT JUSTICE was the No. 1 new syndicated show of the 2010-2011 season. In just its first year, the show received an Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Legal/Courtroom Program."

SWIFT JUSTICE WITH JACKIE GLASS is produced by Swift Justice Productions, Inc. and is distributed by CBS Television Distribution. John Terenzio is executive producer and Lou Dennig is senior supervising producer. CBS Television Distribution is a unit of CBS Corp.
