LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- FOX has locked in its drama commitments for next season as "Touch" will return for a second season while "Alcatraz" and "The Finder" have both been canceled.
The moves - confirmed by network and studio sources - come as FOX prepares to announce its 2012-13 schedule on Monday.
All three series were widely considered on the bubble for next season with "Touch" (8.7 million viewers on average; 2.5 rating/7 share among adults 18-49) leading the pack, followed by "Alcatraz" (7.0 million; 2.3 rating/5 share among adults 18-49) and "The Finder" (5.9 million; 1.9 rating/5 share among adults 18-49).
"Touch" will joining a returning drama class which includes "Bones," "Glee" and "Fringe," the latter for its fifth and final season.
