ROBIN GIVENS, JOHN ROSS BOWIE, MELISSA PETERMAN, DANEEL ACKLES AND GEORGE WYNER TO GUEST STAR ON UPCOMING SEASON OF "RETIRED AT 35"

Second Season Premieres On June 26 At 10PM ET/PT On TV Land

Los Angeles, CA - June 26, 2012 - TV Land announced today that Robin Givens ("House of Payne"), John Ross Bowie ("The Big Bang Theory"), Melissa Peterman ("Reba") and Daneel Ackles ("One Tree Hill") will guest star on the upcoming second season of the network's hit sitcom, "Retired at 35," premiering June 26 at 10pm ET/PT. Robin Givens will play a marriage counselor to Alan (George Segal) and Elaine Robbins (Jessica Walter), Bowie and Ackles will play the respective love interests for Amy (Marissa Jaret Winokur) and David (Johnathan McClain), and Melissa Peterman will play a pleasantly kooky wedding planner. George Wyner will also return this season as Richard, Alan's best friend and often go-to man for advice on the ladies.

"Retired at 35" tells the story of Alan Robbins and his wife Elaine (Jessica Walter) who are expected to cruise into retirement and live out their days happily ever after. However, they get an unexpected surprise when their uptight and overworked son David (Johnathan McClain), sick of the NYC rat race, decides to move in with them in their active-adult community. David finds himself dealing with his overzealous parents as well as his sister Amy (Marissa Jaret Winokur), who, while successful in business, has made less than impressive choices in her love life. Season two is a hilarious and bumpy ride as the Robbins family learns the consequences of being "Retired at 35."

Below are the episode descriptions for the second season of "Retired at 35":

· Tuesday, June 26 at 10pm ET/PT **PREMIERE EPISODE** "Up North" Alan sets out to get Elaine back, only to find she might be seeing another man. He recruits David and Amy to help get to the bottom of things and win back his wife.

· Tuesday, July 3 at 10pm ET/PT "The Dates" Alan and Elaine visit a marriage counselor (played by Robin Givens) to help them navigate their new relationship, and they are each charged with planning the perfect date for the other. Meanwhile, David tries living with Amy to get away from his parents, but they soon find out they're more like their mother and father than they thought.

· Tuesday, July 10 at 10pm ET/PT "Poker Face" Elaine and Alan struggle to find the right balance of togetherness in their new relationship. When Elaine tags along with Alan on his weekly poker night, Alan finds himself stuck. Brandon helps out David when he discovers David is bluffing about a job.

· Tuesday, July 17 at 10pm ET/PT "The Grifters" David meets a girl, Jenn (Daneel Ackles), but Elaine and Alan question her motives for dating David. David starts to believe his parents, until Jenn reveals the reason for her strange behavior is she's a single mother. Meanwhile, Amy's boyfriend, Jared (John Ross Bowie), is reluctant to make a big commitment to her.

· Tuesday, July 24 at 10pm ET/PT "My Dinner With Alan" Amy pushes Alan to be closer with Jared - but when they become closer friends than Amy planned, it starts to take its toll on their relationship. Meanwhile, David struggles with Alan treating Jared like the son he never had.

· Tuesday, July 31 at 10pm ET/PT "The Apartment" When David notices Elaine is acting strange, he investigates and finds out that Elaine has kept her apartment, even though she moved back home - and that might not be the only secret she's keeping. This leads him to enlist Amy to get to the bottom of their mother's secret life.

· Tuesday, August 7 at 10pm ET/PT "The Break-Up" After an unexpected kiss from Brandon, Amy is thrown. She questions her relationship with Jared, and everyone in the Robbins family gets involved, unsurprisingly. David and Jenn have trouble setting ground rules for their relationship.

· Tuesday, August 14 at 10pm ET/PT "Knocked Up" After her break up with Jared, Amy discovers that she's pregnant... maybe. Before she can find out for sure, the news gets out and the whole family is abuzz. When Amy realizes she's not actually pregnant, she has a harder time breaking the news than she thought.

· Tuesday, August 21 at 10pm ET/PT "The Proposal" Jared proposes to Amy, much to Brandon's dismay. But when Amy and Elaine start to work with a wedding planner (Melissa Peterman) in order to pull off the wedding in two weeks - a timeline that Jared suggested - Brandon suspects that Jared has ulterior motives.

· Tuesday, August 28 at 10pm ET/PT "My Best Friend's Wedding" On the day of Amy and Jared's wedding, Amy discovers Jared may not only be marrying her for love. When Brandon and Jared both make their true intentions knows, Amy is forced to choose between them.
