LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- CBS has pulled its summer entry "3" after two airings.
Various repeats will plug the show's Sunday, 9:00/8:00c slot going forward, including "Hawaii Five-0" on August 5 and "Criminal Minds" on August 12.
"3" opened to a modest 2.39 million viewers and a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating on July 26, falling to 1.76 million viewers and a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating for its time period premiere this past Sunday.
"It was a show we tried, we were excited about. It didn't quite get traction," CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler told reporters on Sunday morning, prior to said second airing. "I think overall the summer has been a little bit soft for everybody. For us, we usually have a steady diet of repeats and reality, which is which still is good business for us."
