Season four of Disney Channel's hit family comedy "Good Luck Charlie" premieres SUNDAY, APRIL 28 (7:30-8:00 p.m., ET/PT) with a special performance by Disney's The Muppets. Guest stars Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Animal join series stars Bridgit Mendler and Leigh-Allyn Baker to perform a show-stopping, Muppet-ational original song.
In the premiere episode, the Duncan Family decides to build their dream house after the family home is devastated by termites. Everyone, with the exception of Charlie, is excited at the prospect of a new and larger home. However, Teddy has a change of heart after a dream in which Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear and Animal convince her that the old family home is really the house of her dreams. The episode's original song "Dream House" is written by Grammy and Emmy-award winning Adam Schlesinger ("That Thing You Do," "Fountains of Wayne," "Tony Awards") and produced by Schlesinger and Steven M. Gold ("Saturday Night Live," "The Colbert Report").
In season four, Luke Benward, star of the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie "Cloud 9," joins the cast for a special six-episode story arc. Benward plays Beau, a charming teen with extensive knowledge of bugs, who captures Teddy's attention after Bob hires him to help with the business. Also in the new season, Teddy and Spencer work at remaining good friends, PJ enrolls in cooking school, Gabe develops a crush on his new neighbor and the bug business isn't so great for Bob. All the while, Amy juggles life as a mother to five, Teddy works on her college application process and Charlie celebrates turning four years old.
Starring are Bridgit Mendler, Jason Dolley, Leigh-Allyn Baker, Bradley Steven Perry, Mia Talerico and Eric Allan Kramer. Raven Goodwin, Shane Harper, Micah Williams and Patricia Belcher return to reprise their roles as Ivy, Spencer, Emmett and Mrs. Dabney.
