BOOMERANG (FOX/Warner Bros.; W: Davey Holmes; D: Craig Brewer) - The John Wells-produced drama pilot won't be moving forward to series at the network. Said hour revolved around the Hamiltons - dad Bill (Anthony LaPaglia), mom Margie (Felicity Huffman) and their sons Sam (Michael Stahl-David) and Carl (Patrick Heusinger), a family who serves as assassins for the federal government. Also starring were Jeff Ross, Rosa Salazar, S. Epatha Merkerson and Stephanie Jacobsen. (Deadline.com)


DELIRIUM (FOX/20th; W: Karyn Usher; D: Rodrigo Garcia) - The network has passed on the drama pilot, based on Lauren Oliver's book trilogy about star-crossed lovers Alex (Daren Kagasoff) and Lena (Emma Roberts) in a world where love - a.k.a. deliria - is deemed illegal and can be eradicated with a special procedure. Also featured in the Chernin Entertainment-produced hour were Billy Campbell, Brenda Koo, Corey Reynolds, Erin Cahill, Gregg Sulkin, Jeanine Mason, Melinda McGraw and Michael Michele. GABRIELS, THE (FOX/20th; W: Andrew Gurland & Justin Hurwitz; D: Jason Winer) - The network has passed on the single-camera comedy pilot, about a gleefully anti-social couple (Angela Kinsey, Rob Riggle) learning to act normal and make friends for the sake of their kids (River Alexander, Brooke Sorenson). Sara Sevigny and Tim Meadows also starred in the project, which also featured David Dobkin, Paul Young and Peter Principato as executive producers. (Deadline.com)


LIST, THE (FOX/20th; W: Paul Zbyszewski; D: Ruben Fleischer) - FOX won't be moving forward with the drama pilot, about Dan Soto (Michael Peña), an Inspector with the U.S. Marshal Service who's tasked with finding the person who stole a file with the secret identities of every member of the Witness Security Program. Said effort also starred Gary Cole, Hilarie Burton, Jessica Szohr, Richard T. Jones and Tamsin Egerton. (Deadline.com)


TO MY ASSISTANT (FOX/Warner Bros.; W: Ellen Kreamer & Sherry Bilsing-Graham; D: Peyton Reed) - The comedy pilot - about the assistants at a big New York law firm who band together as a family to help each other cope with the obnoxious, overbearing bosses - likewise won't be moving forward to series. The ensemble cast included Brittany Snow, Catherine O'Hara, Jillian Bell, Joe Egender, Melissa Tang, Stephen Root as Frank and Tone Bell. Dan Lin and Jennifer Gwartz also served as executive producers on the single-camera project. (Deadline.com)


TWO WRONGS (FOX/20th; W: Michelle Morgan; D: David Katzenberg) - FOX has opted not to move forward with the single-camera comedy pilot, about a couple (Jake Hoffman, Kelli Garner) whose friends and family don't think they are right for each other. Ezequiel Stremiz and Mimi Kennedy also starred in the project, from Katherine Pope and Peter Chernin's Chernin Entertainment and Aaron Kaplan and Sean Perrone's Kaplan Perrone Entertainment. UNTITLED DWAYNE JOHNSON PROJECT (HBO; W: Stephen Levinson; D: Peter Berg) - Omar Miller ("CSI: Miami") has joined the cast of the Dwayne Johnson-led comedy pilot, about the lives of athletes - some retired, some still active - living in Miami. He'll play Charles, "an affable former pro athlete who is searching for his next career." Mark Wahlberg and Dany Garcia are also among the executive producers. (Deadline.com)
