THINKFACTORY MEDIA REORGANIZES EXECUTIVE TEAM
Joanne Rubino Promoted to Senior Vice President of Production;
Adam Freeman Upped to Creative Director;
Aaron Fishman Named Thinkfactory Media Executive Producer
Thinkfactory Media Founder & CEO Leslie Greif is reorganizing his executive team, which has resulted in several promotions and restructuring of the company's day-to-day workflow. Joanne Rubino has been promoted to SVP of production, Adam Freeman has been upped to creative director, and Aaron Fishman has been named executive producer. Beginning today, the team led by Greif will report to the recently appointed EVP of Thinkfactory Media, Adam Reed.
Joanne Rubino, who has served as Thinkfactory Media's executive in charge of production for the past 12 years, will continue to oversee all production aspects of every Thinkfactory Media project as senior vice president of production. In addition, she will be tasked with all corporate finance oversight, as well as working with Reed on business development.
In his new position as creative director, Adam Freeman will oversee creative elements of all Thinkfactory unscripted development and productions, as well as consult on scripted projects that Thinkfactory Media has on deck.
Aaron Fishman, in his new role as executive producer at Thinkfactory Media, will be exclusive to the company and is currently overseeing the R&B Divas franchise, as well as developing and overseeing other yet-to-be announced Thinkfactory Media projects.
"Joanne and Adam have been an important part of the growth of Thinkfactory Media. Their expertise and creativity are unmatched, and their promotions are long overdue," said Leslie Greif. "In addition, I'm elated to have Aaron as one of my top executive producers. His professionalism and work ethic are a great asset to the company, and I'm happy to have him part of the Thinkfactory family."
Rubino has been with Thinkfactory Media for nearly 13 years and is an Emmy(R) nominated producer with over 23 years of experience.
Freeman has been with Thinkfactory Media since 2006 when he began as a showrunner for Gene Simmons Family Jewels, where he executive produced over 160 episodes. He has been an integral part of development and production across many Thinkfactory productions including Sinbad: It's Just Family, Dogg After Dark, Marriage Bootcamp: Bridezillas, Kissteria, Hatfields & McCoys: White Lightning and The Great Santini Brothers.
Fishman has been at Thinkfactory Media since 2012 and was brought on board to serve as showrunner for R&B Divas: Atlanta, starring Grammy Award-winning recording artist Faith Evans. The show immediately achieved ratings success and a spinoff series, R&B Divas: Los Angeles, quickly went into production. The show became an instant hit, and the premiere episode became the most watched primetime telecast among TVOne's core audience.
