"SLEEPY HOLLOW" TO END FIRST SEASON WITH SPINE-TINGLING DOUBLE (NO)-HEADER MONDAY, JANUARY 20, ON FOX

THE FOLLOWING Returns for Thrilling Second Season With Special Preview Sunday, January 19, and Season Premiere Monday, January 27

Hit drama SLEEPY HOLLOW will culminate its must-be-seen-to-be-believed first season with a special two-hour season finale event Monday, Jan. 20 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX, changing the second season premiere of last season's No. 1 new series, THE FOLLOWING. The acclaimed thriller starring Kevin Bacon will unveil a special preview Sunday, Jan. 19 (10:00-11:00 PM ET/7:00-8:00 PM PT), immediately after the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME (live, 6:00-10:00 PM ET), kicking off 15 heart-pounding weeks of uninterrupted episodes. The season premiere of THE FOLLOWING will now air Monday, Jan. 27 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), following an encore of the Season Two preview (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).

In the first hour of the two-hour SLEEPY HOLLOW season finale event, "The Indispensable Man," airing Monday, Jan. 20 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Abbie (Nicole Beharie) discover a massive secret buried within the pages of George Washington's Bible and unearth the shocking true nature of the founding father's death. Meanwhile, Captain Irving (Orlando Jones) makes a near-impossible decision for the sake of his beloved family that drastically changes his future. Then, in "Bad Blood" (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), the battle between good and evil comes to an explosive head - sacrifices must be made, worlds collide, loyalties are tested and the town of Sleepy Hollow will never be the same - resulting in a haunting first season finale.

Created by Kevin Williamson ("The Vampire Diaries," "Dawson's Creek," the "Scream" franchise) and starring Golden Globe Award-winning actor Kevin Bacon ("X-Men: The Last Stand," "Frost/Nixon") and James Purefoy ("Rome"), the special Season Two preview of THE FOLLOWING, entitled "Resurrection" and airing Sunday, Jan. 19 (10:00-11:00 PM ET/7:00-8:00 PM PT), immediately after the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME (live, 6:00-10:00 PM ET), catches up with RYAN HARDY (Bacon), in the wake of a horrific new murder spree, which furthers his suspicion that JOE CARROLL's (Purefoy) reign of terror is far from over. The series, which will have its season premiere on Monday, Jan. 27 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) following an encore of the preview episode (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), also stars Shawn Ashmore (the "X-Men" franchise) and Valorie Curry ("Veronica Mars"), and joining the cast this season are Connie Nielsen ("Boss," "Law & Order: SVU"), Jessica Stroup ("90210"), Sam Underwood ("Dexter") and Tiffany Boone ("Beautiful Creatures").
