The Paley Center for Media Announces Upcoming Los Angeles Summer Public Programs, Including Exclusive TV Premieres and Special Reunion Events

Events Will Feature Interactive Panel Sessions and Premiere Screenings with Television and Film Stars Including Tony Goldwyn, Angie Dickinson, Diane Kruger, Demian Bichir, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Howard Hesseman, Loni Anderson and More

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, May 16, 2014 - The Paley Center for Media will host a bevy of public programs this summer at its Los Angeles location. In addition to the previously announced "An Evening with Key & Peele: In Conversation with Patton Oswalt" event taking place on June 9, other public programs include:

Wednesday, June 4: "Baby, If You've Ever Wondered: A WKRP in Cincinnati Reunion" with Howard Hesseman, Loni Anderson, Tim Reid, creator/executive producer Hugh Wilson, plus additional talent to be announced.

Thursday, June 12: "Twenty Years Later: OJ the Trial of the Century." On the twentieth anniversary of the O.J. Simpson trial, the Paley Center will gather a panel of experts associated with the trial alongside prominent media personalities to examine the media's role in this transformative event in the racial and social history of our nation. Excerpts from Investigation Discovery's new documentary OJ: TRIAL OF THE CENTURY from Emmy-winning filmmaker Nicole Rittenmeyer will be screened. Panelists to be announced.

Thursday, June 19: "On the Beat: The Evolution of the Crime Drama Heroine" with Angie Dickinson, Police Woman; Stefanie Powers, The Girl from U.N.C.L.E., Hart to Hart; S. Epatha Merkerson, Law & Order; Holly Robinson Peete, 21 Jump Street; Marin Ireland, The Divide; Tony Goldwyn, Director, The Divide; plus additional talent to be announced.

Tuesday, June 24: "The Bridge: Season Two Premiere Screening & Panel" with Diane Kruger, Demian Bichir, plus additional talent to be announced.

The Paley Center's public programs attract a growing community of television fans and media enthusiasts who gather to connect with the stars and creators of their favorite series during interactive panel sessions and premiere screenings. These events underscore The Paley Center for Media's ongoing commitment to increase the public's understanding of media and its significance in our lives through its various public and industry programs, exhibitions, and education and media preservation initiatives.
