Blue Apron and Bravo Media Partner to Bring Fans a "Top Chef" Cooking Experience at Home

A first-to-market partnership, Blue Apron will offer fans all the fresh, perfectly-portioned ingredients to cook the winning recipe from the "Top Chef" Season 12 premiere on October 15 at home

New York, New York - October 10, 2014 - Blue Apron, the leading recipe and fresh ingredient delivery service in the US, today announced it is partnering with Bravo Media to give "Top Chef" fans across the country the unique opportunity to cook the winning dish they have just seen prepared on the series premiere. In Blue Apron's first ever media partnership, it is collaborating with Bravo to bring viewers a taste of the Emmy and James Beard Award-winning culinary competition series "Top Chef" at home.

Fans can sign-up to receive a version of the winning recipe by visiting www.blueapron.com/topchef immediately after the season premiere debuts on Bravo on October 15 at 10pm ET/PT. Blue Apron will deliver the "Top Chef" winning recipe, including all the fresh, perfectly-portioned ingredients and step-by-step instructions needed to prepare it, directly to fans' doors the week of October 27, 2014.

Returning to the judges table for "Top Chef's" new season in Boston are head judge Tom Colicchio, judges Gail Simmons, Hugh Acheson and host Padma Lakshmi. For the first time ever, a Top Chef winner is joining the judging panel as Richard Blais ("Top Chef All-Stars" winner) makes his debut as a recurring judge offering the cheftestants guidance from a chef and a former competitor's point of view. Customers are also invited to snap and share their own "Top Chef" masterpieces using #BAtopchef to be entered to win a prize package of home cooking essentials from Blue Apron and "Top Chef"
