"DUAL SURVIVAL" RETURNS FOR ALL NEW SEASON ON JANUARY 21

(Silver Spring, MD) - Joe Teti and Matt Graham - survival experts with drastically different backgrounds - once again join forces to survive in some of the world's toughest environments when DUAL SURVIVAL returns to Discovery Channel on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 9 PM ET/PT.

In the ultimate test of skill, perseverance and creativity, Teti and Graham battle the elements - and sometimes each other - to show what it takes to survive, using only minimal gear and what they can find in their surroundings. Through all-new episodes, the duo approach survival scenarios in the U.S. and around the world that push them to their limits as they employ opposing survival strategies to find food, water and shelter in hostile environments.

Graham and Teti must draw upon their personal arsenal of skills to devise extraordinary, MacGyver-like ways to survive. This season on DUAL SURVIVAL, Teti and Graham will show what it takes to survive in environments that range from a deserted island in the Caribbean to the swamps of Georgia, and in Central America, among other destinations.

In the season premiere episode, Teti and Graham explore the Greater Canyonlands of southern Utah one of the last untouched frontiers of the West which features some of the most inhospitable and desolate wilderness and terrain in all of North America. It stretches over three million acres and is home to one of the largest tracks of road less land in the continental U.S. Our survival duo face epic wilderness challenges ranging from canyons to high and remote deserts with repeating terrain, as well as potential threats from mountain lions, black widow spiders, scorpions and rattle snakes.

DUAL SURVIVAL is produced for Discovery Channel by Original Media, where Daniel Laikind is executive producer, and Brian Nashel is executive producer and showrunner. For Discovery Channel, Joshua C. Berkley is executive producer with Meagan Davis as producer.
