Destination America offers viewers a chance to tour properties along the Bayou like they never have before. This season of BUYING THE BAYOU will show you the outrageous real estate in the South with some spectacular views and unusual amenities. Prepare to immerse yourself in the real estate of the Bayou as fearless homebuyers look to purchase houses all the way from the Florida Everglades to the Texas Wetlands! Tune in to Destination America for the double stacked premiere episodes of BUYING THE BAYOU on Monday, April 13th as couples look for their own piece of the wild!

The season's premiere episode of BUYING THE BAYOU follows one couple as they search for the perfect lake house with enough space to raise a family and store boats for racing. In the second episode of the double stacked premiere, watch as a Captain and his wife look for a home down South that's close to the best fishing spots. It's Bayou or bust for these adventurers but first they have to find the perfect property to settle down!

The Season Premiere of BUYING THE BAYOU starts at 9/8c on Monday April 13th only on Destination America.

Drag boat racing couple Ryan and Linda are looking for a home in the largest lake in Texas - Caddo Lake. Ryan's main focus in a home is making sure he has a place to race and store his boats, but Linda is concerned about having enough space for their family. The couple tours 3 homes each with unique features that appeal to both Ryan and Linda.

· $100,000 Waterfront Bargains Premieres Monday, April 13 at 10:30/9:30c

Captain Henry and his wife, Danielle, are looking for a bargain on the water. The captain makes his living in the waters between Mississippi and Louisiana and now he and his wife are looking for a home under $100,000 that will put him near his fishing spots. They'll search both states to find a waterfront deal that they each think is perfect.
