BAD COUPLE (Comedy Central, New!) - Flint Wainess and Noël Wells have scored a pilot order from the cable channel which "follows Flint and Noél, an inseparable, highly opinionated couple who constantly clash with modern social mores, making life difficult for friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and themselves." Wells will also star in the project, for which no other auspices were given. (Deadline.com)
MONSTROPOLIS (ABC, New!) - Feature writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan (Saw V) have scored a put pilot commitment at the Alphabet for a new drama in which "monsters are real, living amongst the humans in the city of New Manhattan (aka Monstropolis). But now someone is killing monsters, and it is up to one disgraced detective to stop the killer... or become the next victim." Kapital Entertainment's Aaron Kaplan will also executive produce for ABC Studios. (Deadline.com)
