ESPN to Televise Three Prime-Time Pittsburgh Pirates Games from PNC Park This Week

Pirates to Appear Five Times on ESPN in August Including Twice on Sunday Night Baseball
ESPN will televise three prime-time Pittsburgh Pirates games from PNC Park this week, beginning with Monday Night Baseball presented by USAA - Chicago Cubs at Pirates - tonight at 7 p.m. ET. The team of Dave O'Brien and analysts Aaron Boone and Dallas Braden will provide commentary.
ESPN will then televise the Pittsburgh Pirates-L.A. Dodgers game, in a special telecast window, this Friday, Aug. 7, at 7 p.m. The full national telecast will be highlighted by a blockbuster pitching matchup as Dodgers' ace Clayton Kershaw takes his scoreless innings streak - currently at 37 innings - to PNC Park. He'll square off against Pirates' star Gerrit Cole. The week concludes with the Pirates-Dodgers series finale on Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell, Aug. 9, at 8 p.m. Dan Shulman, the voice of Sunday Night Baseball, will be joined by analysts Curt Schilling and John Kruk and reporter Buster Olney for both Pirates-Dodgers telecasts.
Additionally, Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown presented by Chevrolet will precede Sunday's game at 7 p.m. All three Pirates games on ESPN will also be available on WatchESPN, while Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell is also available on ESPN Radio, ESPN Deportes and ESPN Deportes Radio.

The Pittsburgh Pirates will also appear on ESPN's Wednesday Night Baseball, Aug. 12, at 8 p.m. when they visit the St. Louis Cardinals. The Pirates will then make their third Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell appearance of the season on Aug. 23, at 8 p.m. when they host the San Francisco Giants.
