MIAMI HEAT'S CHRIS BOSH TO GUEST-STAR ON NEW FOX DRAMA "ROSEWOOD"
NBA star Chris Bosh will guest-star as himself on new FOX drama ROSEWOOD in a scene with series star Jaina Lee Ortiz.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of one of the world's hottest cities - Miami - new medical procedural ROSEWOOD stars Morris Chestnut ("Nurse Jackie," "The Best Man" franchise) as DR. BEAUMONT ROSEWOOD, JR., the city's top private pathologist. Brilliant, cool with tons of charisma, Rosewood teams up with the tough-as-nails DETECTIVE ANNALISE VILLA (Jaina Lee Ortiz, "The After"), to uncover clues no one else sees and help the Miami PD solve the city's most challenging cases. The series also stars Lorraine Toussaint ("Orange is the New Black").
Bosh is scheduled to appear on the series in October.
Chris Bosh has made a mark in the NBA as being one of the most respected and sought-after players in the league. He is a nine-time NBA All-Star, helped bring two consecutive NBA championships to the Miami Heat in 2012 and 2013 and was named to the All-NBA second team and appeared for the US national team, with whom he won a gold medal at the 2008 Olympics. Bosh has also made guest appearances on popular TV series such as "Go On," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and "Parks and Recreation."
