MODEL WOMAN (ABC/TriStar; W: Helen Childress; D: Richard Shepard) - Steven Weber is the latest to be cast in the drama pilot, set in the late 1970's during the notorious Model Wars and centers on Bertie Geiss (Andie MacDowell), a tempestuous matriarch and uncompromising businesswoman at the helm of an internationally renowned modeling agency. He'll play Miller Geiss, "a character inspired by Jerry Ford. Miller is Bertie's tall, charming, imposing and handsome husband and the father of their three children. Apa), Betty (Lili Reinhart), Veronica (Camila Mendes) and their friends from the comics, exploring the surreality of small-town life as well as the darkness and weirdness bubbling beneath Riverdale's wholesome facade. He'll play Kevin Keller, "the first openly gay character in the Archie universe, who was introduced in the comic-book series in 2010." (TVLine.com)
