CIVIL (TNT) - Eliza Coupe will guest star in the pilot as Kelly Brookmyre, "a cable news correspondent attached to the Republican Presidential campaign. CONVICTION (ABC) - Co-star Daniel DiTomasso has departed the upcoming drama. He played Jackson Morrison, "Carter's (Hayley Atwell) younger brother and the family's golden child, who also happens to be a top-end lawyer." Said role will be recast. (Deadline.com)
DEUCE, THE (HBO) - Chris Bauer and Gbenga Akinnagbe have both scored roles on the ever-expanding cast of the period drama. The former will play Bobby Dwyer, "Vincent and Frankie Martino's brother-in-law, a construction foreman and family man whose eyes are opened by their adventures along the Deuce." The latter then is set as Larry Brown, "an intense and demanding pimp who physically intimidates his stable of women but also has moments that betray a conflicted, underlying humanity." (Deadline.com)
DIMENSION 404 (Hulu) - Patton Oswalt, Ashley Rickards and Sterling Beaumon are all bound for the anthology series. Oswalt plays Uncle Dusty, "a lovable movie nerd who worships at the altar of cinematic history"; with Rickards as Sue, "a brilliant yet scattered college student whose procrastinating ways get her caught up in time-traveling adventure when Captain Chronos, the hero of her favorite '90s-era cartoon, shows up needing help to save the past, present and future - unless the villainous Lord Entropy can stop her"; and Beaumon as Jess, "a handsome, slightly mysterious and strong-willed high school senior who works part time at Ernie's Arcade." (Deadline.com)
GAME OF THRONES (HBO) - Co-stars Peter Dinklage, Kit Harington, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau will reportedly receive salary bumps to north of $500,000 an episode for season seven and eight. (Deadline.com)

LUCIFER (FOX) - Tricia Helfer has been tapped to play Charlotte on the show's sophomore season: "Trapped in Hell for thousands of years by God (her ex-husband), the Mother of Angels is now free on Earth. Once reunited with Lucifer, it will become clear that she's the one he takes after. Mom is fearless and has a strong conviction for who she is and what she deserves. However, mother and son do not share the same opinion when it comes to humanity. Everything that fascinates Lucifer about people repels Mom - a disdain that's highlighted by that fact that Mom's trapped in a human body for her stay on Earth. Lucifer's desperate to find out what Mom's up to, but she claims that all she wants is to spend time with her sons again. But can the devil's mom really be that innocent?" (Deadline.com)
PAW PATROL (Nickelodeon) - Said channel has likewise renewed the series for a fourth season of 26 episodes. (Deadline.com)
SHIMMER AND SHINE (Nickelodeon) - The series is likewise among the latest to get a renewal, in this case a 20-episode third season. (Deadline.com)
