Emmy-Nominated NFL Network Series 'Undrafted' Returns September 13

Third Season of 'Undrafted' Airs Tuesdays at 8:00 PM ET

Produced by NFL Media's Original Content Group, Mandalay Sports Media & DG West

The Emmy-nominated series Undrafted returns for a third season on NFL Network, premiering Tuesday, September 13.

This season, Undrafted expands to eight, one-hour episodes airing Tuesdays at 8:00 PM ET on NFL Network. The expanded season allows for deeper and richer storytelling, featuring the stories of players who were undrafted and are currently working to make their dream of playing in the NFL a reality. All eight episodes of Undrafted will re-air at 12 Midnight ET on Tuesdays and at 10:00 PM ET on Wednesdays.

Undrafted goes inside the lives and tells the inspirational stories of under-the-radar prospects from a wide variety of schools and backgrounds, following them on and off the field as they prepare and perform in the NFL's Regional Combines, their college teams' respective Pro Days, and training camps with NFL clubs.

This season, the eight-episode series profiles the following players:

Jeremiah Allison - Linebacker (Washington State)

After losing his mother at a young age, Jeremiah Allison excelled for four years at Washington State. Allison started all 13 games his senior year in 2015, finishing second on the team with 97 tackles. As a junior in 2014, Allison was named All-Pac-12 honorable mention

Mike Bercovici - Quarterback (Arizona State; currently on the San Diego Chargers' roster)

Recruited as the No. 7 quarterback prospect in the country out of Taft High School in Woodland Hills, California, Mike Bercovici saw prominent time at quarterback as a redshirt junior in 2014, throwing for an NCAA-record 998 passing yards in his first two career starts. In 2015, Bercovici started all 13 games, was selected team captain and was the Pac-12 Football Scholar Athlete of the Year. Bercovici is currently on the San Diego Chargers' roster

Mariel Cooper - Defensive Back (The Citadel; currently on the Washington Redskins' roster)

After four seasons at South Carolina State where he was part of two MEAC championship teams, Mariel Cooper transferred to The Citadel in 2015. Cooper appeared in 12 games, starting 11 of them, and recorded 30 tackles, eight pass breakups and one interception. Cooper is currently on the Washington Redskins' roster

Jakeem Grant - Wide Receiver (Texas Tech; currently on the Miami Dolphins' roster)

Jakeem Grant played four seasons at Texas Tech where he amassed 254 career receptions, 27 career receiving touchdowns and became Texas Tech's all-time leader in receiving yards (3,286). During his career at Texas Tech, Grant also scored four kickoff return touchdowns. After registering a 4.37 40 time at his Pro Day, Grant was selected in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins

LaQuan McGowan - Tight End (Baylor)

LaQuan McGowan burst onto the national scene with an 18-yard touchdown reception as a 410-pound tight end in the 2015 Cotton Bowl against Michigan State. A former offensive lineman and special teams player, McGowan transitioned to tight end in 2014. In two seasons, McGowan caught three passes - all of which went for touchdowns

Swayze Waters - Punter (University of Alabama at Birmingham & Toronto Argonauts)

Following a four-year career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2005-08, Swayze Waters played for the Toronto Argonauts in the CFL for four seasons (2012-15) and was the CFL Special Teams Player of the Year in 2014. He and his wife are currently expecting their first child?
