BLINDSPOT (NBC) - Mary Stuart Masterson will drop by the drama as "a high-ranking FBI official" in its upcoming season finale. (EW.com)
CHICAGO PD (NBC) - Dana Ashbrook will guest star on the veteran drama as "a working class former drug addict and convict long out of the game. At one time, he was a weasel CI who ratted on his buddies, but now he's a family man and law abiding citizen. He holds the keys to a dark secret from Voight's past." (EW.com)
COUNTERPART (Starz) - Executive producer Amy Berg is departing the spy thriller following production of its 10-episode first season, billed as "a mutual decision from all parties." Starz originally commissioned the series with a two-season straight-to-series order. (Deadline.com)
FEAR THE WALKING DEAD (AMC) - Dave Erickson is stepping down as showrunner for the series following its upcoming third season. He'll instead shift his focus to developing new shows as part of a new multi-year overall deal with AMC Networks. (Deadline.com)
FLINT (Lifetime) - Cher has bowed out of the original movie - the story of three women from Flint who fought to expose the wrongdoing committed against the residents of the city who were unknowingly drinking and using lead-laden water - "citing a family issue that would prevent her from traveling to Toronto where Flint is slated to begin production next month." She also was to executive produce the movie. Production nevertheless is expected to still kick off in April as scheduled. (Deadline.com)
LINDA FROM HR (FOX) - Ryan Michelle Bathe has been tapped for a role on the Lauren Graham-led comedy pilot as Sierra, "the mother of young triplets, whom Linda turns to for help." Bathe replaces Angel Laketa Moore, who originally was cast in the role. (Deadline.com)
MANHUNT: THE UNABOMER (Discovery) - Rebecca Henderson (Mistress America) is the latest to board the upcoming drama as Judy Clarke, "Ted's defense attorney and the object of Ted's affection. Judy is a seasoned and savvy defense attorney who has made a career of defending high-profile death-penalty cases. She'll do whatever it takes to save her client from lethal injection - whether he's the Unabomber or not." (Deadline.com)
ME, MYSELF & I (CBS) - Sharon Lawrence is the latest addition to the comedy pilot as Eleanor: "In 1991, she was known as Nori, the unrequited love of Alex's teenage life. Now, she's the widowed owner of a diner, who reconnects with Alex (John Larroquette) 50 years later." (Deadline.com)
MISSION CONTROL (CBS) - Wunmi Mosaku has scored a role on the drama pilot as Rayna Macklen, "the Mission's public affairs officer." (Deadline.com)
SHARP OBJECTS (HBO) - Matt Craven and Taylor John Smith have both been cast in the upcoming drama. Craven will play Vickery, "police chief of the small Missouri town of Wind Gap. Attractive in a quiet way and 'broken in' like a nice old pair of jeans, he is essentially mellow in temperament but is put out by the arrival of a St. Louis reporter and a Kansas City detective, there to investigate a series of murders in his seemingly quaint town." Smith then is set as John Keene, "who has barely slept since the murder of his 13-year-old sister, Natalie. His sensitive and temperamental nature raises eyebrows and causes him to become a prime suspect in the murder investigation." (Deadline.com)
SHELTER (A.K.A. SALVATION) (NBC) - Jamie McShane is the latest to board the drama pilot as Billy McCann, "a veteran NYPD police officer who has a contentious relationship with his ex-wife Kim (Rachel Griffiths) and their son, Jake." (Deadline.com)
TYPE A (FOX) - Dulce Sloan will round out the cast of the comedy pilot as Wolf (fka Torres), "the confident office tech guru who is a close friend of Axler's (Eva Longoria)." (Deadline.com)
