TNT Confirms Additional Cast of "One Day She'll Darken" With India Eisley, Jefferson Mays, Yul Vazquez, Justin Cornwell, Dylan Smith, Jay Paulson and Golden Brooks

Chris Pine to Star, Patty Jenkins to Direct and Author Sam Sheridan to Write Six-Episode Drama Inspired by the Life of Fauna Hodel

Turner's TNT has set additional principal cast to the new six-episode drama series One Day She'll Darken. Chris Pine (Wonder Woman, Star Trek) executive produces and stars as Jay Singletary, a former Marine-turned-hack-reporter/paparazzo. The talented roster joining Pine includes India Eisley (Underworld Awakening, Look Away) as Fauna Hodel, Tony Award Winner Jefferson Mays (The Americans, Law & Order: SVU) as George Hodel, Yul Vazquez (Captain Phillips) as Billis, Justin Cornwell (Training Day, We Are Boats) as Terrence Shye, Dylan Smith (Maze Runner: The Death Cure, Lemonade) as Sepp, Jay Paulson (Mad Men) as Ohls and Golden Brooks (Girlfriends) as Jimmy Lee. Previously announced star Leland Orser (Berlin Station) will appear as Peter Sullivan, a Night Managing Editor for the Los Angeles Times.

One Day She'll Darken tells the incredible story of Fauna Hodel who was given away at birth. As Fauna begins to investigate the secrets to her past, she follows a sinister trail that swirls ever closer to an infamous Hollywood gynecologist, Dr. George Hodel, a man involved in the darkest Hollywood debauchery.

Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman, Monster) is attached to direct the first two episodes. Sam Sheridan, author of A Fighter's Heart and The Disaster Diaries, is set to write the series, inspired by the life of Fauna Hodel. The series is being produced by Turner's Studio T, with Jenkins, Anonymous Content's Michael Sugar (13 Reasons Why, Spotlight), Pine and Sheridan serving as executive producers. Production begins next month in Los Angeles.

Below is a comprehensive breakdown of the additional roles:

Fauna Hodel aka "Pat" (Eisley): A nave young girl growing up outside of Reno, Nevada, who embarks on a desperate quest to discover who she is, a quest that throws her identity into crisis.

George Hodel (Mays): A former child prodigy, now a brilliant doctor who entertained and inspired a Hollywood salon of the avant-garde in the 40's until a scandal broke and sent his famous friends scurrying.

Billis (Vazquez): A freelancing LAPD sergeant and problem-solver for the brass whose fear has turned to hate. He finds himself caught in the vise of corruption and the interests he has to protect.

Terrence Shye (Cornwell): A gifted young man stuck between an engineering apprenticeship and the streets of Watts.

Sepp (Smith): A struggling artist, Sepp is twisted beyond recognition by guilt and tragedy.

Ohls (Paulson): An LAPD detective and a Korean War vet who owes his life to Jay Singletary; he and Jay share the alienation of warriors coming home.

Jimmy Lee (Brooks): Fauna's mother, a former lounge singer, still consumed by bitterness from the injustice of Jim Crow Mississippi and a life of missed opportunities and squandered chances.
