HEIST 88 (FX, New!) - Actor Courtney B. Vance, director Anthony Hemingway and writer Dwayne Johnson-Cochran are set to team for a new drama which "tells the true story of arch-criminal and master manipulator Armand Moore (Vance) who persuaded four young, African-American employees of First National Bank of Chicago to steal $70 million via a sophisticated take down of the banking wire system." Pam Veasey and Mark Taylor of Hemingway Taylor Productions will also executive produce. (Deadline.com)
HOUSE OF CARDS (Netflix) - Following the investigation into sexual misconduct by Kevin Spacey, producers are reportedly planning to resume production on sixth and final season after December 8. (Deadline.com)
LODGE 49 (AMC) - Jocelyn Towne and Hayden Szeto are both set to recur in the upcoming drama as Gloria Keller, "the lonely head of HR at Orbis where Dud (Wyatt Russell) goes to work"; and Corporate, "who takes a liking to Liz (Sonya Cassidy) and encourages her to look to her future." (Deadline.com)
MARVEL'S DAREDEVIL (Netflix) - Wilson Bethel has been tapped to join the new season as "an FBI agent who will play a critical role in the conflict between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk, better known as Daredevil and Kingpin respectively." (Variety.com)
NOVAK (Amazon) - Tennis star Novak Djokovic has pulled out of the proposed documentary series. (@Mike_Dickson_DM)
P-TOWN (Starz, New!) - Rebecca Cutter ("Gotham") has sold a potential drama to the pay channel which "centers on Jackie Quinones, a hard-partying lesbian in Provincetown, MA, aka P-Town; a federal Fishery Service Agent who uses her gun and badge to seduce tourist chicks. She's none-too-enthusiastically putting in her time until she can draw a federal pension - but everything changes when she discovers a body in Cape Cod Bay, and finds herself at the center of the Cape's gruesome heroin epidemic." Gary Lennon, Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and Kristie Anne Reed also serve as executive producers for Jerry Bruckheimer Television. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED KAREN LYNCH PROJECT (NBC, New!) - Peter Horton is set to team with Reed Steiner and Dyan Traynor for a new drama inspired by the life of Karen Lynch, one of San Francisco's first female police officers: "Raised by a schizophrenic mother, the series would follow Lynch as she ironically uses her eccentric upbringing to survive amongst the hostile, chauvinistic men in blue who would like nothing more than to see her and her fellow female cadets fail." Universal Television is behind the hour, which is based on Lynch's book "Good Cop, Bad Daughter: Memoirs of an Unlikely Police Officer." Mark Morgan will also serve as executive producer. (Variety.com)
WISDOM OF THE CROWD (CBS) - The Eye has passed on ordering additional episodes of the freshman drama. The network previously asked for three additional scripts but ultimately opted against extending its 13-episode order. Co-star Jeremy Piven has been subject to an investigation into sexual harassment allegations, further complicating the show's future. (Deadline.com)
YOU (Lifetime) - John Stamos has scored a recurring role on the upcoming psychological thriller as Nicky, "who becomes a fixture in Beck's (Elizabeth Lail) life, much to the dismay of Joe (Penn Badgley)." (Deadline.com)
