UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - Jan. 23, 2019 - Scott Evans, senior correspondent for the nationally syndicated and Emmy Award-nominated daily entertainment news program "Access," joins Natalie Morales and Kit Hoover as co-host of the daily one-hour syndicated entertainment news talk show "Access Live."

"From his very first day at 'Access,' Scott has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team," said Rob Silverstein, executive producer of "Access" and "Access Live." "His talent, dynamic personality and ability to connect with A-level celebrities make his full-time addition to the 'Access Live' family seamless. It's a well-deserved promotion."

He has interviewed some of biggest names in film, television, sports and music, including Oprah Winfrey, Denzel Washington, Kobe Bryant, Luke Bryan, Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey, Will Smith and Heidi Klum. Evans' on-screen talent has translated to additional opportunities and he can be seen hosting the upcoming third season of NBC's "World of Dance."

He then continued his career as a reporter for multiple outlets, including WISH-TV 8 in Indiana, "One Minute News" in Los Angeles and as anchor for Channel One News in New York. Evans is also a devoted philanthropist and started his own non-profit focusing on youth development in Indianapolis. He still remains active with many different youth charities, including 18 for 18 and Catch the Stars Foundation.
