AMERICAN IDOL/THE VOICE (ABC/NBC) - Both series are set to make decisions about their live performance shows in the coming weeks due to the coronavirus outbreak. "Idol" has reportedly suspended prep work on said installments, which are set to being airing in less than two weeks. Contestants are being sent home to be with their families. "The Voice" has a little more time as its first live show isn't scheduled until May 4. (Deadline.com)
CORONAVIRUS PRODUCTION UPDATES (Various) - These 32 primetime series will be at least one episode short of their original commitments: "American Housewife," "Batwoman," "The Blacklist" (three and a half), "Bob (Hearts) Abishola," "Bull," "Charmed," "Chicago Fire," "Chicago Med," "Chicago PD," "Dynasty," "Empire," "FBI," "FBI: Most Wanted," "The Flash," "The Goldbergs," "Grey's Anatomy" (four), "Last Man Standing," "Law & Order: SVU," "Legacies," "Nancy Drew," "NCIS," "NCIS: Los Angeles," "NCIS: New Orleans," "The Neighborhood," "New Amsterdam," "The Resident," "Riverdale," "SWAT," "Schooled," "SEAL Team," "Supergirl," "Supernatural," "Superstore" and "Young Sheldon." It's not clear if said installments will be rolled into next season or scrapped entirely. In the case of "Empire" and "Supernatural," both series are in their final seasons. (Deadline.com)
