But when her childhood best friend reveals surprising news, Samantha realizes she can no longer qualify as a party girl - she's a walking disaster." Over the course of a turbulent year, the series reveals how the natural world and all of its creatures are connected to the Earth's seasonal patterns, which, in the 21st Century, are becoming more extreme and dangerously unpredictable." Laura Carmichael serves as narrator with Karina Holden executive producing and Daniella Ortega producing. (Deadline.com)
WOMEN OF THE MOVEMENT (ABC) - Emmy winner Glynn Turman has joined the cast of the limited series as Mose Wright, "Emmett Till's great uncle.
