AMERICAN HORROR STORY (FX) - Filming on the show's 10th season "has been temporarily halted due to a positive COVID-19 case and potential exposure to the illness." (Variety.com)
BATWOMAN (The CW) - Victoria Cartagena has joined the cast of the show's third season as DC Comics hero Renee Montoya, "a former GCPD officer who left the force when she could no longer stomach the corruption inside the department. She now runs the "freaks division," which hasn't seen a lot of action... until now. Righteous and pragmatic, and LGBTQ+, she's a woman with a very personal (and mysterious) mission to help clean the streets of Gotham in the right way, by whatever means necessary." Cartagena previously played Renee Montoya on "Gotham," however "the universes are not connected." (Deadline.com)
BIG SKY (ABC) - Omar Metwally's Mark Lindor will return as a regular for the series' second season. (TVLine.com)
HUNTERS (Amazon) - Tommy Martinez, Emily Rudd and Udo Kier will all recur on the show's sophomore run in yet-to-be-revealed roles. (Deadline.com)
MANIFEST (NBC) - The network and Netflix have both reportedly resumed conversations with producer Warner Bros. Television about a possible renewal. NBC pulled the plug on the series last month only to see it land in Netflix's "top 10 for more than a month and topping the Nielsen streaming ratings in its first week of release on the platform." (Deadline.com)
MOONHAVEN (AMC) - Kadeem Hardison is the latest to board the upcoming drama as Arlo, "the partner to [Dominic] Monaghan's detective Paul Serno. Arlo is a third-generation "Mooner" and detective with a curious heart and healing spirit who finds himself an unlikely soldier in the fight to keep Moonhaven alive." (Deadline.com)
REASONABLE DOUBT (Hulu) - Raamla Mohamed's legal drama - about Jax Stewart, "known for her questionable ethics and wild interpretations of the law" - has found a new life at sibling Hulu with the opening of a writers' room for a potential script-to-series order. Kerry Washington and Pilar Savone of Simpson Street Productions and Larry Wilmore of Wilmore Films also executive produce with Shawn Holley and Jon Leshay as co-executive producers for ABC Signature. (Deadline.com)
SUMMER I TURNED PRETTY, THE (Amazon) - Gavin Casalegno has booked a lead role on the YA drama as Jeremiah, "a popular, athletic, playful and easygoing character who is the life of the party, incredibly magnetic and flirts with everyone." (Deadline.com)
