TAREK EL MOUSSA AND CHRISTINA HALL TAKE ON THEIR LAST PROJECT IN NEW HGTV SPECIAL "FLIP OR FLOP: THE FINAL FLIP" ON THURSDAY, DEC. 1, AT 8 PM ET/PT
WHAT: Flip or Flop: The Final Flip
WHERE/WHEN: Flip or Flop: The Final Flip premieres Thursday, Dec. 1, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV. The one-hour special also will be available to stream the same day on discovery+.
WHO: For nearly a decade, real estate experts Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall have captivated fans on social media and television, with their HGTV mega-hit series Flip or Flop attracting more than 90 million viewers during its run from 2013 to 2022. Now, in the hour-long special Flip or Flop: The Final Flip, Tarek and Christina will take on one last project, a large duplex in Sunset Beach that proves to be one of their most expensive and challenging flips ever. Simultaneously, they'll take a fun look back at the important house flipping lessons learned, the craziest issues encountered and the stunning Southern California renovations completed together over 10 uber successful seasons of Flip or Flop.
For their final flip, Tarek and Christina will go big when they purchase a costly property near the beach with plans to convert it from a duplex to a single-family home. The pair will contend with layout issues, permit delays, mounting costs and the uncertainties of working with a new contractor to create a gorgeous property with a coastal contemporary design and views of the water.
Fans can binge watch all 10 seasons of Flip or Flop - as well as Tarek and Christina's solo series Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa and Christina on the Coast, which will return for new seasons in 2023 - on discovery+. Also in 2023, Tarek and Christina will star in two new series for the network, The Flipping El Moussas and Christina in the Country.
Flip or Flop: The Final Flip is produced by Pie Town Productions.
