NBA on TNT will exclusively present an AT&T NBA Play-In Tournament doubleheader tomorrow, Tuesday, April 11, beginning with a 30-minute pregame show at 7 p.m. ET. The network will then showcase Play-In Tournament games featuring the No. 7 vs. No. 8 seeded teams in the Eastern and Western Conferences, respectively.
Tomorrow night's opening contest will feature the Atlanta Hawks and Trae Young traveling to take on the Miami Heat and Jimmy Butler at 7:30 p.m. The winner of Hawks/Heat will advance to a first-round playoff series against the No. 2 seeded Boston Celtics. The loser of Tuesday's Eastern Conference AT&T NBA Play-In Tournament game will face elimination on Friday, April 14 on TNT (time TBD). Ian Eagle will call Hawks/Heat alongside analyst Jim Jackson, with Jared Greenberg reporting.
In a game that will determine this season's No. 7 seed in the West, the Minnesota Timberwolves and Anthony Edwards will visit the Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James at 10 p.m., with the winner earning an opening round playoff series against the No. 2-seeded Memphis Grizzlies. Kevin Harlan and analyst Reggie Miller will provide commentary along with reporter Allie LaForce for Timberwolves/Lakers.
TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by CarMax will lead into live game coverage for the AT&T NBA Play-In Tournament and throughout the 2023 NBA Playoffs. Inside the NBA presented by Kia with Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O'Neal will cap each night of action.
In addition to the AT&T NBA Play-In Tournament, TNT will present extensive First Round, Second Round and exclusive Eastern Conference Finals live game coverage, showcasing the most NBA Playoffs game action of any network.
NBA Twitter Live - a complementary live stream experience on Twitter - will return for NBA Playoff games this season, including tomorrow night's contest. NBA Twitter Live - featuring host Taylor Rooks, Channing Frye and guests - offers fans unique opportunities to follow their favorite players during each game. A live poll will be available via @NBA throughout the entire first half of select games, whereby fans can vote for the player they want the iso-cam to follow during the second half.
