Season 2 of Back To 15 comes to Netflix July 5

São Paulo, May 17, 2023 - The wait has been so long that it seems like it's been 15 years. Back to 15, the show about a 30-year-old woman who travels back in time and becomes a teenager again, is back and its return date is already set! Maisa, who plays 15-year-old Anita, and Camila Queiroz, who plays adult Anita, return to Netflix screens on July 5 for a second season. Not only are there new images, but there's an official poster containing an Easter egg: what's going to happen with the van that appears in the corner?

In the new season, 30-year-old Anita (Camila Queiroz) needs to go back to age 15 (Maisa) to try to fix the life of her sister, Luiza (Amanda Azevedo / Mariana Rios). However, Joel (Antonio Carrara / Gabriel Stauffer) has hacked her Floguinho account and has also become a time traveler. After a disastrous day of meddling in everyone's lives, Anita returns to 2021 only to discover her perfect day in Paris with Henrique (Caio Cabral / Breno Ferreira) no longer happened. Everything is different. What now? Anita and Joel need to join forces and put everything back on track and fix the future. In the midst of all this, she still has to decide who she wants to stick with: the romantic Henrique, her partner Joel... or the improbable and irresistible Fabrício (João Guilherme / Bruno Montaleone).

Inspired by the book of the same name by writer Bruna Vieira, in its second season, Back to 15 brings even more 2000s nostalgia - fun, craziness, and of course, the dramas of adult and teenage life. The lead director is Maria de Medicis, with episodic directors Marina Person and Ian SBF. "It is a joy and a great accomplishment to be part of this project. Season 2 of Back to 15 has upped the nostalgia with scenes that pay homage to Charlie Brown Jr., for example, as well as continuing to address more pertinent topics such as diversity," Maria remarked.

Produced by Carolina Alckmin and Mayra Lucas, from Glaz Entretenimento, for Netflix, the new season of Back to 15 is written by Vitor Brandt (lead writer), Amanda Jordão, Gautier Lee, Pedro Riera, and Ray Tavares, with André Hanks as assistant. Janaína Tokitaka, Renata Kochen and Alice Marcone were also part of development, with Luh Mazza as consultant.

In addition to Maisa and Camila Queiroz, returning to the cast are João Guilherme, Klara Castanho, Nila, Antonio Carrara, Caio Cabral, Amanda Azevedo, Lucca Picon, Gabriel Wiedemann, Fernanda Bessan, Pedro Ottoni, Breno Ferreira, Alice Marcone, Yana Sardenberg, Gabriel Stauffer, Bruno Montaleone, Mariana Rios, Rafael Coimbra, Fabricio Licursi, Felipe Camargo, Luciana Braga, and Kiko Vianello. There are also new characters played by Dora Freind, Maria Laura Nogueira, Livia La Gatto, Joe Rodrigues, Lipe Volpatto, João Assunção, Isaac Medeiros, Lucas Deluti, and Julia Alves.
