Max announces programming coming to the platform this August, including the debut of the new season of HBO Original HARD KNOCKS: TRAINING CAMP WITH THE NEW YORK JETS (8/8), which will mark the 18th edition of the 18-time Sports Emmy(R)-winning series, embedding camera crews at the Jets' training camp in Florham Park, N.J. to chronicle third-year head coach Robert Saleh preparing his team of young emerging stars and prominent veterans - most notably, four-time NFL MVP, Aaron Rodgers, Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year Garrett Wilson and Sauce Gardner, and defensive All-Pros C.J. Mosley and Quinnen Williams -- for the upcoming NFL season.

The second season of HBO Original drama series WINNING TIME: THE RISE OF THE LAKERS DYNASTY (8/6) continues to explore the professional and personal lives of the 1980s Los Angeles Lakers. This season hones in on the period just after the Finals in 1980 through 1984, culminating in the first professional rematch of the era's greatest stars: Magic Johnson and Larry Bird.

Season two of Max Original comedy series RAP SH!T (8/10) follows two estranged high school friends from Miami, Shawna and Mia, who reunite to form a rap group. In their rise to fame, Shawna and Mia find themselves at a pivotal moment in their rap career as they are forced to decide if they will stay true to themselves or conform to the demands of the music industry.

HBO Original documentary BS HIGH (8/23) explores the lucrative and cut-throat world of football prep programs, where careers and reputations can be made and the dreams and well being of young athletes hang in the balance. When a nationally televised high school football game between top-ranked IMG Academy and unknown Bishop Sycamore High School ended with multiple injuries on the field and a 58-0 blowout win for IMG Academy, the fiasco caused fans and audiences to question the legitimacy of the Bishop Sycamore program and its head coach, Roy Johnson. The film is a revealing exploration of one of the most intriguing sagas to cross the world of sports in years.

The all-new half-hour Max Original young adult animated series ADVENTURE TIME: FIONNA & CAKE (8/31) stars the fearless sword-wielding adventurer, Fionna, and her magical best friend and talking cat, Cake. Produced by Cartoon Network Studios, the ten-episode series will explore their relationship and the mysterious land of Ooo. Fionna and Cake - with the help of the former Ice King, Simon Petrikov - embark on a multiverse-hopping adventure and journey of self-discovery. All the while a powerful new antagonist determined to track them down and erase them from existence, lurks in the shadows.

HBO and Max have been nominated for 127 Emmy nominations across 17 original programs including SUCCESSION, THE WHITE LOTUS, THE LAST OF US, BARRY, HOUSE OF THE DRAGON, 100 FOOT WAVE, and more. The programs that received nominations for the upcoming 75th annual Emmy(R) Awards, along with previous years' nominees, can be streamed on the Awards & Acclaim page on Max.

Additionally, all episodes of the second season of Emmy(R)-winning hit series ABBOTT ELEMENTARY (8/21) will come to the platform next month. Its second season recently received eight Emmy nominations.
