Paramount Global's Country Tentpole Returns for Global Premiere on America's Most-Watched Network Following Record-Setting 2023 Ratings

· The 2024 CMT MUSIC AWARDS will return LIVE from Austin, Texas' Moody Center on Sunday, April 7, 2024 (8:00-11:00 PM, ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network, and be available to stream on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the show airs)*.

· Paramount Global's signature country tentpole returns for its third consecutive year on America's Most-Watched Network following its record-setting 2023 ratings:

○ The 2023 CMT MUSIC AWARDS on the CBS Television Network scored the show's biggest audience ever. The broadcast reached 6.18 million viewers, up +5% from the 2022 telecast**. Live streams*** posted +16% year-to-year gains.
