BEFORE (Apple TV+) - Judith Light is set to star opposite Billy Crystal in the limited series, a "thriller about Eli (Crystal), a child psychiatrist who, after recently losing his wife, Lynn (Light), encounters a troubled young boy who seems to have a haunting connection to Eli's past. Seductively enigmatic, Lynn (Light) is the love of Eli's life, but her recent death may not be quite what it seems. As Eli digs deeper into the hidden life of the wife he thought he knew, he soon finds Lynn haunting him from beyond the grave." (Deadline.com, 12/4)
BOULET BROTHERS' DRAGULA, THE (Shudder) - The streamer has renewed the reality competition series for a sixth season. (Deadline.com, 12/5)
BUTTERFLY (Amazon) - Reina Hardesty is set to star opposite Daniel Dae Kim in the upcoming drama as Rebecca, "a charismatic, unpredictable assassin. Orphaned (or so she thought) at the age of 13, she learned to cope with her pain and loneliness by distancing herself from difficult emotions, applying a mental tourniquet to the part of her that held love and empathy. Over time, she's developed a hard shell, which is a very useful trait in her line of work. But Rebecca isn't a grizzled, stoic hitman. She's shiny and charming and fun to watch, leaping to life with every hit of adrenaline." (Deadline.com, 12/8)
CENTRAL PARK (Apple TV+) - Josh Gad revealed on social media his animated series has been canceled after three seasons. (@joshgad, 12/3)
CRUEL SUMMER/GOOD TROUBLE (Freeform) - The cable channel has pulled the plug on both of its remaining scripted series. The former concluded its second season back in July while the latter will wrap its run after five seasons starting January 2 as previously announced. (THR.com, 12/8)
FABULIST, THE (HBO, New!) - HBO Films is developing a project based on the rise and fall of recently ousted Congressman George Santos. Mike Makowsky will pen the script - described as "a forensic and darkly comic look at the crazy, unprecedented congressional race on Long Island that led to Santos being elected to Congress" - using Mark Chiusano's new book, subtitled "The Lying, Hustling, Grifting, Stealing, and Very American Legend of George Santos," as basis. Makowsky and Frank Rich are the executive producers with Chiusano serving as a consulting producer. (Deadline.com, 12/2)
FBI: INTERNATIONAL (CBS) - Heida Reed's Jamie Kellett is slated to exit the series "early into the upcoming third season." (TVLine.com, 12/7)
GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - Titular star Ellen Pompeo has revealed she'll return as Meredith Grey for at least two episodes during the upcoming 20th season. (Deadline.com, 12/5)
JERSEY SHORE FAMILY VACATION (MTV) - The cable channel has commissioned a seventh season of the reality series. (Deadline.com, 12/7)

MOTORHEADS (Amazon) - Uriah Shelton, Drake Rodger, Johnna Dias-Watson, Josh Macqueen and Mia Healey have all scored roles on the upcoming drama. Shelton will portray Curtis, "somewhat of an outsider and a skilled young mechanic who crafted his motorcycle from scratch. He strives to keep a distance from the world of his older brother, Ray." Rodger then is Ray, "Curtis' charismatic brother who seems like a good guy but isn't afraid to be on the wrong side of the law"; with Dias-Watson as Kiara, "the daughter of the town's mayor who is torn between the popular crowd and her new friends"; Macqueen as Harris, "the entitled, popular high school alpha dog whose powerful family owns most of the businesses in Ironwood"; and Healey as Alicia, "the daughter of a tech company founder who finds herself entangled in the shifting dynamics of the old town and the allure of what's new." (Deadline.com, 12/6)
MY LIFE IS MURDER (Acorn TV) - The Lucy Lawless-led drama has been renewed for an eight-episode fourth season. (TVLine.com, 12/5)
NIGHT AGENT, THE (Netflix) - Amanda Warren is bound for the show's second season as Catherine Weaver, "a veteran of the top-secret Night Action investigative program, who trains and oversees various Night Agents, including [Gabriel] Basso's new recruit, Sutherland. Smart, private and determined, Catherine is a fierce defender of her agents, but finds it difficult to earn Peter's trust when he struggles with betrayal issues from his experiences in Season 1." (Deadline.com, 12/8)
POWER BOOK III: RAISING KANAN (Starz) - Aliyah Turner will recur on the show's third season as Krystal, "a primped and pompous queen bee from the Bronx who will do whatever it takes to steal the spotlight." (Deadline.com, 12/4)
SILK: SPIDER SOCIETY (MGM+) - The writers' room of the upcoming Spider-Man universe series is "tentatively slated to reconvene in mid to late January." (Deadline.com, 12/8)
SPIDER-MAN NOIR (Amazon) - Steve Lightfoot has been named co-showrunner of the proposed Spider-Man universe series. Oren Uziel is the writer of the project, which "will be set in its own universe and the main character will not be Peter Parker." (Variety.com, 12/4)
STATION 19 (ABC) - The show's upcoming seventh season will be its last. "For seven seasons Station 19 has been a highlight of the ABC lineup thanks to Shonda and Betsy's incredible vision, beloved characters and compelling storytelling," said Craig Erwich, president, Disney Television Group. "With Zoanne and Peter at the helm of the upcoming farewell season, we have so much to look forward to, most notably the celebration of the show's milestone 100th episode." (Deadline.com, 12/8)
STRANGER THINGS (Netflix) - Production on the show's final season is "expected to get underway in early January." (Deadline.com, 12/8)
SURVIVING PARADISE (Netflix) - The streamer is reportedly "on the verge of greenlighting French and German versions of [the] reality format." Adding, "If greenlit, the two versions would be filmed in their respective languages and Netflix would take a similar approach to The Circle, with Studio Lambert and Raw producing the different versions from a central hub." (Deadline.com, 12/7)
TASKMASTERS (FOX, New!) - Brian Keith Etheridge, Brendon Walsh and Johnny Ryan are set to team for a potential animated series at the network "that follows a crew of lovable wackos navigating the gig economy at a fly-by-night, "we'll do any job," business. The show incorporates prank calls to real life customers, so beware - the next time you get a weird phone call at work, it might be an animated character from Taskmasters!" FOX Entertainment and Bento Box Entertainment are producing. (Deadline.com, 12/4)
THAT COVER GIRL (Amazon) - A second season of the series is slated to commence production by the fourth quarter of 2024. (Variety.com, 12/4)

All will executive produce alongside Ryan Murphy, via his new overall deal at 20th Television, and Kris Jenner. (Deadline.com, 12/4)
ZOO P.D. (FOX, New!) - Alex Carter has sold an animated comedy to the network which "follows the police force stationed inside the eighth best zoo in California.
