BET MEDIA GROUP EXPANDS ITS OFFERINGS WITH THE DEBUT OF BET TYLER PERRY FAST CHANNELS
OFFERING INCLUDES BET ORIGINAL TYLER PERRY SERIES AND ENCOMPASSES MORE THAN 750 EPISODES AND NEARLY 600 HOURS OF CONTENT
NEW YORK, NY - July 16, 2024 - BET Media Group is excited to announce the debut of BET Tyler Perry FAST (free, ad-supported television) channels. The multiplatform media company continues to expand its reach and create a diverse array of access points to its original programming.
Viewers can now enjoy back-to-back episodes of their favorite BET original Tyler Perry series on BET Tyler Perry Comedy and BET Tyler Perry Drama FAST channels. This historic debut marks the first time the network's Tyler Perry series will be available on FAST channels, offering audiences free binge-worthy episodes of over 600 hours of original programming, best of highlights, and cast conversations on their preferred device anytime and anywhere.
Marathons of Tyler Perry's acclaimed and beloved BET shows, including "Tyler Perry's Sistas," "Tyler Perry's The Oval," "Tyler Perry's House of Payne," "Tyler Perry's Ruthless," "All the Queens Men," "Tyler Perry's ZATIMA," and "Tyler Perry's Assisted Living" are now available on major FAST platforms such as Roku, Pluto TV, Plex, TCL, FreeVee and more to be announced. "Through BET's collaboration with Perry, these series have achieved unprecedented dominance, with five of the Top 10 cable shows among Black viewers. Additional fan favorites to be added include "Tyler Perry's Meet The Browns," "Tyler Perry's The Haves and The Have Nots," "Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse," and "Tyler Perry's Too Close To Home."

BET Media Group recently announced the extension of its multi-year content partnership with Tyler Perry through 2028, spanning linear and streaming. Under this new agreement, Tyler Perry will deliver hundreds of new episodes to BET, comprising top existing and entirely new series.
