1923 (Paramount+) - Augustus Prew is slated to recur on the new season as Paul, "a dapper, bookish, well-to-do young British man on a passenger ship." (Deadline.com, 8/7)
ACCUSED (FOX) - Ken Jeong will guest on the show's "Eugene's Story" installment as a "kind-hearted jewelry store owner who confronts his wife's secret past." (Variety.com, 8/5)
ALL HER FAULT (Peacock) - Dakota Fanning and Abby Elliott have both been cast in the Sarah Snook-led adaptation of the Andrea Mara novel as Jenny and Lia, respectively. (Deadline.com, 8/6)
ALL'S FAIR (Hulu) - The Kim Kardashian/Glenn Close-led drama series has added Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, Teyana Taylor and Naomi Watts. Paulson, Nash and Watts will also receive executive produce credits on the project. No character details were given. (Deadline.com, 8/6)
CITADEL (Amazon) - Merle Dandridge, Rahul Kohli and Michael Trucco will all recur in yet-to-be-revealed roles on the show's second season. (Variety.com, 8/5)
DIFFERENT WORLD SEQUEL SERIES, A (Netflix, New!) - Felicia Pride is spearheading a sequel to the 1987-1993 series about the lives of the students at Hillman College, a fictional historically Black college. It's understood the project, which is in early development, will center on the youngest daughter of Jasmine Guy's Whitley Gilbert and Kadeem Hardison's Dwayne Wayne, who is now also attending Hillman. Conversations have begun with original cast members regarding interest and availability should it move forward. Debbie Allen, Mandy Summers, Tom Werner, Gina Prince-Bythewood and Reggie Bythewood are also among the executive producers. (Deadline.com, 8/7)
DMV (CBS, New!) - Dana Klein has scored a pilot order from the Eye for a single-camera comedy "set at the place everyone dreads going most: the DMV. Our quirky and lovable characters are making minimum wage, doing a thankless job where customers are annoyed before they even walk in the door. Good thing they have each other." Aaron Kaplan, Wendi Trilling and Robyn Meisinger will also executive produce the project, which is based on Katherine Heiny's short story, for CBS Studios, Kapital Entertainment, TrillTV and Anonymous Content. EINSTEIN (CBS) - Andy Breckman and Randy Zisk's import of the German series has scored a pilot order from the Eye: "In it, brilliant but directionless, the great grandson of Albert Einstein spends his days as a comfortably tenured professor until his bad boy antics land him in trouble with the law and he is pressed into service helping a local police detective solve her most puzzling cases." Tariq Jalil, Rose Hughes, Rodrigo Herrera Ibarguengoytia and Laura Beetz will also executive produce for CBS Studios, Intrigue and Seven One Studios International. (Deadline.com, 8/6)
ETERNALLY YOURS (CBS, New!) - The Eye has commissioned a development room for a single-camera comedy from Joe Port and Joe Wiseman billed as "an eternal love story about two vampires who have been married for five hundred years, and their struggles to accept the human who is dating their daughter." Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Jason Wang of The Tannenbaum Company will also executive produce for CBS Studios. (Deadline.com, 8/5)

GOOD COP/BAD COP (The CW) - The upcoming drama, which stars Leighton Meester, Clancy Brown and Luke Cook, has also added Devon Terrell as "charming but nerdy Detective Shane Carson"; Blazey Best as "Big Hank's somewhat cryptic Russian girlfriend Nadia"; Scott Lee as "the loveable and long-tenured Officer Joe Bradley"; William McKenna as "nervous wreck new boy Officer Sam Szczepkowski"; Shamita Siva as "fearless and overly devoted Officer Sarika Ray"; Grace Chow as "petite EVPD dispatcher with a morbid streak Lily Lim"; and Philippa Northeast as "brainy, stylish and funny Dr Marci Lane, who is the one great love of Henry's life." GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - Michael Thomas Grant will recur on the upcoming season as James, who "joins Grey Sloan as [its] openly gay Episcopal chaplain. He holds a special place in his heart for his younger patients, and his warmth, training and spirituality make him comfortable and confident in any situation. HOUSE OF THE DRAGON (HBO) - Executive producer Ryan Condal has indicated the prequel series will run for four seasons with production resuming in early 2025. (Deadline.com, 8/5)
JOHN WICK: UNDER THE HIGH TABLE (New!) - Lionsgate Television is set to make the rounds with a TV series sequel to "John Wick: Chapter 4": "John Wick has left the world of the High Table in a tenuous position and a collection of new characters will look to make a name for themselves while some of the franchise stalwart characters remain committed to the old-world order." Writer Robert Levine and director Chad Stahelski are among the featured auspices with Keanu Reeves also executive producing (but not attached to star). (Deadline.com, 8/5)
KEATS (NBC, New!) - Pilar Golden has sold a new drama to the network: "Keats follows Alex Keats, a fourth-generation police officer who walked away from the badge and her family, who returns to Philadelphia to bury her mother. Mom is a decorated officer who supposedly died by suicide. The closer Alex gets to discovering the truth about her mother's death, the closer she gets to joining her family back on the force ... where she belongs." Angela Bassett, Courtney B. KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS, A (HBO) - The latest "Game of Thrones" prequel series has cast Edward Ashley as Ser Steffon Fossoway; Henry Ashton as Daeron Targaryen; Youssef Kerkour as Steely Pate; Daniel Monks as Ser Manfred Dondarrion; Shaun Thomas as Raymun Fossoway; Tom Vaughan-Lawler as Plummer; and Danny Webb as Ser Arlan of Pennytree. POPPA'S HOUSE (CBS) - Rebecca Mader and Wendy Raquel Robinson will both drop by the newcomer. Mader will guest in a November episode as Susan Pierce, "the poised and put-together headmistress of Buckingham, a prestigious private school that Damon's son is admitted to. When Poppa raises an eyebrow at the ridonkulous tuition for his grandson's new school, things will get heated 'tween him and the redheaded Brit." TEMPEST (Hulu) - John Cho, Christopher Gorham, Alicia Hannah-Kim and Jacob Bertrand are all bound for the Gianna Jun/Gang Dongwon-led Korean spy drama. No character details were given. Production is currently underway in Seoul. (Deadline.com, 8/8)
TRACKER (CBS) - Robin Weigert's Teddi Bruin will not return as a regular for the series' second season. (Deadline.com, 8/9)
UNTITLED MAIN LINE MURDERS PROJECT (Netflix, New!) - Andrew Sodroski is developing a true crime limited series at the streamer: "The story here is thrust into motion in the early hours of June 25th, 1979, when the affluent Main Line area of Philadelphia was rocked by the brutal slaying of English teacher Susan Reinert. The case, which became one of the most infamous in the region's history, began when Susan's naked body was discovered stuffed in the trunk of her car in a Harrisburg motel parking lot. Her children, Karen and Michael, were missing, presumed dead, although their bodies were never found. The shocking nature of the murders quickly captivated public attention and drew intense media scrutiny, highlighting significant flaws in the criminal justice system, including issues of evidence handling and prosecutorial ethics." UNTITLED OWEN WILSON PROJECT (Apple TV+) - Judy Greer has signed onto the comedy series as Amber-Linn, "the ex-wife of Wilson's over-the-hill, ex-pro golfer, Pryce Cahill." She replaces Jamie Neumann, who is departing for unspecified reasons. (Deadline.com, 8/8)
VANDERPUMP VILLA (Hulu) - The Lisa Vanderpump-fronted series will return for a second season with with "Vanderpump Rules" alumnus Stassi Schroeder among the new additions. (Deadline.com, 8/9)
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO HUEY LEWIS (FOX, New!) - Huey Lewis is set to star in a proposed single-camera comedy to the network which "follows rock and roll legend Huey Lewis as he navigates his new life after losing his hearing. With the help of his codependent family and eccentric celebrity friends, Huey will tackle this hilarious next phase with his signature Heart and Soul." Kirker Butler is penning the project and will executive produce alongside Lewis, Aaron Kaplan, Jimmy Kimmel and Scott Lonker for Kapital Entertainment, Kimmelot and FOX Entertainment Studios.
