"Cold Case" Posts Its Highest Adult 18-49 and Adult 25-54 Ratings
Since Last March
CBS's presentation of part one of the mini-series "Category 7: The End of the World" delivered the CBS SUNDAY MOVIE's highest adult 18-49 rating in a year and most watched movie since last May, according to preliminary Nielsen affiliate ratings for Sunday, Nov. 6.
At 9:00 PM, "Category 7" was second in viewers (14.74m), adults 25-54 (6.4/13), adults 18-49 (5.0/11). This is the best CBS SUNDAY MOVIE delivery in households and viewers since 5/1/05 ("Riding the Bus With My Sister") and in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since 11/14/04 ("Category 6: Day of Destruction" Part 1 of 2).
"Category 7" improved on the CBS SUNDAY MOVIE delivery's first six weeks average by +63% in households (9.3/14 from 5.7/09), +75% in viewers (14.74m from 8.43m), +113% in adults 25-54 (6.4/13 from 3.0/07) and +108% in adults 18-49 (5.0/11 from 2.4/06).
From 8:00-9:00 PM, COLD CASE (10.5/15, 16.21m) delivered a 5.6/12 in adults 25-54 and 4.2/09 in adults 18-49. These are the highest COLD CASE deliveries in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 with a first run episode since 3/20/05.
From 7:00-8:00 PM, 60 MINUTES was first in households (10.3/17), viewers (15.52m), second in adults 18-49 (3.7/10) and adults 25-54 (4.9/12).
For the night, CBS was in its closest competitive position on a Sunday to ABC in viewers and adults 25-54.
