The Finale of "The Amazing Race" Delivers This Edition's Biggest Audience
"NCIS" Dominates Its Time Period
CBS raced to a Tuesday victory in viewers and key demographics as the two-hour finale of THE AMAZING RACE delivered its biggest audience of the season, according to Nielsen preliminary ratings for Dec. 13.
From 9:00-11:00 PM, THE AMAZING RACE finale won its time period in households (7.0/11), viewers (11.37m), adults 18-49 (4.6/12), adults 25-54 (5.4/13) and tied for first in adults 18-34 (3.4/10). This is the best viewer delivery for any episode of this edition of THE AMAZING RACE, and matches the best adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 deliveries.
NCIS dominated its time period in households (10.7/17), viewers (16.77m), adults 18-49 (4.2/12) and adults 25-54 (5.7/14).
For the night, CBS was first in households (8.3/13), viewers (13.17m), adults 18-49 (4.5/12) and adults 25-54 (5.5/13).

CBS raced to a Tuesday victory in viewers and key demographics as the two-hour finale of THE AMAZING RACE delivered its biggest audience of the season, according to final national Nielsen ratings for Dec. 13.
From 9:00-11:00 PM, THE AMAZING RACE finale won its time period in households (7.1/11), viewers (11.51m), adults 18-34 (3.5/10), adults 18-49 (4.7/12) and adults 25-54 (5.5/13). This is the best viewer, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 delivery for any episode of this edition of THE AMAZING RACE.
NCIS dominated its time period, more than doubling the second place network in households (10.9/17 vs. 5.4/09) and viewers (17.11m vs. 7.96m) and posting a +71% advantage in adults 25-54 (5.8/15 vs. 3.4/09) and +35% in adults 18-49 (4.2/12 vs. 3.1/09).
For the night, CBS was first in households (8.3/13), viewers (13.38m), adults 18-49 (4.5/12) and adults 25-54 (5.6/13).
