CBS's surging sophomore drama CRIMINAL MINDS beat the highly promoted fall finale of "Lost" in viewers -- the second straight week that it has topped the ABC series -- while delivering series high ratings (in its regularly scheduled time period) in viewers and key demographics, according to preliminary Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Wednesday, Nov. 8.
CRIMINAL MINDS was first at 9:00PM in households (11.1/17) and viewers (17.54m) and was second in adults 25-54 (6.6/15) and adults 18-49 (5.1/12). This is the second consecutive week CRIMINAL MINDS topped "Lost" in viewers and fifth consecutive week in households.

JERICHO was second in households (6.1/09), viewers (9.79m), adults 25-54 (4.0/10) and adults 18-49 (3.0/08).
For the night, CBS was second in households (9.4/15), viewers (14.67m), adults 25-54 (5.8/14, -0.2 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (4.5/12).
