CBS made it eight for eight as it placed first in viewers for the eighth consecutive week season (every week), according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Nov. 12, week eight of the 2006-2007 season.

Pacing CBS's weekly win were CSI, which won its time period in viewers placing ahead of "Grey's Anatomy," CRIMINAL MINDS posting series high ratings in viewers and key demographics and beating "Lost" for the second consecutive week, and CSI: MIAMI which emerged as Monday's most watched program, ahead of "The Country Music Awards."

For the week in viewers, CBS (12.73m) beat ABC (12.44m), NBC (10.25m) and FOX (7.20m). Season-to-date in viewers, CBS (12.99m) leads followed by ABC (11.79m), NBC (10.34m) and FOX (8.38m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (4.8/11, -0.1 behind ABC) and third in adults 18-49 (3.7/10, -0.1 behind NBC). Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 and second in adults 18-49 (just -0.2 behind ABC).

For the week in households, CBS (8.1/13) had a +1% advantage over ABC (8.0/13), +23% over NBC (6.6/10) and +80% over FOX (4.5/07). Season-to-date, CBS is first in households (8.3/13), outpacing ABC by +9% (7.6/12), NBC by +24% (6.7/11) and FOX by +54% (5.4/09).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

? CSI: MIAMI was first in households (10.7/17), viewers (16.80m), adults 25-54 (6.9/16) and adults 18-49 (5.7/15). CSI: MIAMI topped the "Country Music Awards" from 10:00-11:00 by +8% in adults 18-49 (vs.5.3/14), +17% in adults 25-54 (vs. 5.9/14) and by +12% in viewers (vs. 14.96m). CSI: MIAMI was the night's top program in households and viewers.

? CRIMINAL MINDS was first at 9:00PM in households (11.1/17) and viewers (17.57m) and was second in adults 25-54 (6.6/15) and adults 18-49 (5.2/12). This is the second consecutive week CRIMINAL MINDS topped "Lost" in viewers and fifth consecutive week in households. CRIMINAL MINDS posted Wednesday series highs in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. CSI: NY beat "Dateline" and "The Nine" combined in viewers (vs. 15.32m, +9%). Compared to last week, CSI: NY is up +3% in households (from 10.6/18), +2% in adults 25-54 (from 6.5/17) and even in both adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.

? SURVIVOR: COOK ISLANDS won its time slot in households (8.9/14), viewers (14.39m), adults 25-54 (6.0/15) and adults 18-49 (4.8/13). SURVIVOR: COOK ISLANDS topped "Ugly Betty" in households (vs. 8.6/13, +3%), adults 18-49 (vs. 4.1/11, +17%), adults 25-54 (vs. 4.8/12, +25%) and viewers (vs. 12.82m, +1.57m viewers or +12%). This is SURVIVOR's first outright household win since going head to head with "Ugly Betty".

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in viewers (20.83m), second in households (12.6/19), adults 25-54 (8.5/19) and adults 18-49 (6.9/17). CSI won its time slot in viewers with a first run episode for the first time since 9/28/06 and finished in its closest competitive position with "Grey's Anatomy" in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since 9/28/06. CSI is Thursday's Number One program in viewers.

? SHARK was second in households (9.1/15, -0.3 behind NBC), viewers (13.64m, -0.92m behind NBC), adults 25-54 (5.0/12) and adults 18-49 (3.9/11). Compared to last week, SHARK was up +2% each in households (from 8.9/15), viewers (from 13.32m) and adults 25-54 (from 4.9/12) and +5% in adults 18-49 (from 3.7/10).

? GHOST WHISPERER was first in households (7.3/13), viewers (11.46m), adults 25-54 (4.5/13) and adults 18-49 (3.4/11). GHOST WHISPERER has been first in adults 25-54 every week this season and first in six of the last seven weeks in adults 18-49. GHOST WHISPERER is the night's top rated program in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 for the second consecutive week.

? CLOSE TO HOME was first in households (7.5/13), viewers (11.38m), adults 25-54 (3.7/10) and second in adults 18-49 (2.8/08, -0.1 behind NBC).

? NUMB3RS was first in households (7.6/14), viewers (11.76m), adults 25-54 (4.3/12) and adults 18-49 (3.1/10). NUMB3RS was the night's #1 program in households and viewers.
