Over 16 Million Viewers Watch Yul Crowned the Ultimate Survivor Leading CBS to Its Highest Rated Sunday of the Season in Adults 18-49

CBS placed first in viewers for the 13th consecutive week (every week this season), first in adults 25-54 for the 12th time and first in adults 18-49 in a week that saw the Network climb into a season-to-date first place tie in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen Live Plus ratings for the week ending Dec. 17.

CBS had seven of the week's top 10 most watched programs including NCIS which ranked #1 for the first time ever. The Network's other top 10 programs included SURVIVOR: COOK ISLANDS FINALE (#3), CRIMINAL MINDS (#5), CSI: MIAMI (#6), CSI: NY (#7), TWO AND A HALF MEN (#8) and CSI (#10).

CBS also had seven of the top 10 program in adults 18-49 and placed first or second on every night last week in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.

For the week in viewers, CBS (12.27m) beat NBC (9.10m), ABC (7.35m) and FOX (7.23m). Season-to-dare in viewers CBS (12.84m) leads followed by ABC (11.14m), NBC (10.27m) and FOX (8.08m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was first in adults 25-54 for the 12th time in 13 weeks and first in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 and tied with ABC for first in adults 18-49.

For the week in households, CBS (7.7/13) had a +31% advantage over NBC (5.9/10), +64% over ABC (4.7/08) and +67% over FOX (4.6/08). Season-to-date in households, CBS is first (8.2/13), outpacing ABC by +14% (7.2/12), NBC by +24% (6.6/11) and FOX by +58% (5.2/08).

CBS'S WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS:

? NCIS was first in households (10.9/17), viewers (17.39m), adults 25-54 (5.7/15) and adults 18-49 (4.2/12). This matches NCIS's best delivery in adults 18-49 and matches the second best performance this season in adults 25-54. NCIS was the week's #1 program in viewers.

? TWO AND A HALF MEN won its time period in households (10.0/15), viewers (15.69m), adults 25-54 (6.2/14), adults 18-49 (5.1/13) and adults 18-34 (3.6/10). This is TWO AND A HALF MEN's best delivery in households and viewers since 11/13/06 and in adults 18-49 since 10/16/06.

? THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE was first in households (7.8/12), viewers (11.96m), adults 25-54 (5.0/11) and adults 18-49 (4.1/10). This is THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE's best delivery in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since 10/16/06.

? GHOST WHISPERER was first in households (6.1/11), viewers (9.66m), adults 25-54 (3.7/11) and adults 18-49 (2.9/10). GHOST WHISPERER has been first in its time period in adults 25-54 every week this season and first in adults 18-49 for eight of the last ten airings.

? CLOSE TO HOME was first in households (6.3/11), viewers (9.65m), adults 25-54 (3.3/09) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.5/08, with NBC).

? NUMB3RS was first in households (7.2/13), viewers (11.23m), adults 25-54 (4.2/12) and adults 18-49 (3.1/10). This is NUMB3RS best delivery in both adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 since November 10, 2006.

-- Sunday, CBS was first in households (9.0/14), viewers (15.14m), adults 25-54 (6.0/14) and second behind NBC's football in adults 18-49 (4.8/12, -0.2 behind NBC). This is CBS's best Sunday delivery this season in adults 18-49 and matches the best delivery in adults 25-54 (with November 19, 2006, when the network had 22 minutes of Colts at Cowboys in primetime).

? SURVIVOR: COOK ISLANDS FINALE (S) was first from 8:00-10:00PM in viewers (16.42m), adults 25-54 (6.9/15), adults 18-49 (5.7/14) and tied for first in households (9.3/14, with NBC's football game).

? SURVIVOR: COOK ISLANDS THE REUNION (S) was second in households (8.0/13), viewers (13.53m), adults 25-54 (6.1/14, -0.1 behind NBC) and adults 18-49 (5.1/13) -- all behind NBC's football.
