CBS WINS ITS FOURTH CONSECUTIVE SUMMER WEEK IN VIEWERS
CBS Has 8 of the Top 10 Scripted Programs of the Week
CBS won its fourth consecutive week of the summer in viewers as the Network had eight of the top 10 scripted programs, according to Nielsen Live Plus same-day ratings for the week ending June 24, week 40 of the 2006-2007 television year.
For the week in viewers, CBS (7.06m) led NBC (6.33m), FOX (5.39m) and ABC (4.04m). Summer to date in viewers, CBS (7.34m) leads FOX (6.09m), NBC (5.73m) and ABC (5.10m).
For the week in households, CBS (4.8/09) was +14% ahead of NBC (4.2/08), +41% ahead of FOX (3.4/06) and +78% ahead of ABC (2.7/05). Summer-to-date in households, CBS (5.0/09) has a +32% advantage over both NBC and FOX (3.8/07, each) and +47% advantage over ABC (3.4/06).
For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 2.2/07 in adults 25-54 and 1.7/05 in adults 18-49.
